All I truly wanted was to find some charcoal fixative spray. The store is quite large, so I asked the employee where I could find the fixative. After repeating the question several times, a long pause, and a judgmental look that felt like she thought I was completely stupid, she simply replied, "Um, you could just use unscented hairspray," in this rude tone. I didn't have any hairspray and I was in a rush to go and didn't want to make another trip to a store. So I just said thank you and walked away to find another employee who could tell me where the charcoal fixative was. I asked another woman who seemed to have no idea what it was, asking in her microphone where was the fixative. She then told me to use hairspray. At this point I was just frustrated, so I told her that I had no hairspray, implying that I just wanted to find some charcoal spray. She looked at me like I was strange and just said, "Then go to Walgreens..." I just wanted some charcoal fixative. Is that so hard? You would expect that it wouldn't be that hard to find some, it's like not being able to find milk at Kroger. Needless to say, I'm done...

Read moreI bought a 9ft Christmas tree online at Michael’s and before it even arrived, I no longer needed it. Upon receiving the tree, we promptly took it to the Michael’s store. When we got to Michael’s we were told we couldn’t return it at the store, but had to take this large 9ft box back home with us in the pouring rain and return it UPS. Unfortunately, I was a wee bit upset but the manger, Kade, was very professional and proceeded to explain she had no way to scan it into her system even though we had all receipts etc and the box had never been opened. She told us we could call the 1800 number which we did from the store. They spoke with the manger, Kade, and was able to straighten the whole thing out to our satisfaction.
