the fajitas for two.. Was barely enough food for one unless you want nothing but onions.. The steak was tough. It was simply lousy.. The sides . To go along with the fajitas were nonexistent as it shows in the picture.. Sour cream and guacamole were swipes instead of spoonfuls.. We got no silverware without asking … no Tortilla shells without asking.. A small cheese dip is exactly that super small almost nonexistent.. There were multiple complaints from the people around us.. the Waitress tried very hard to meet the demands of everyone around her Station This was the kitchen‘s fault not hers.. Missing items wrong plate served.. Nachos with no cheese People were packed in like sardines… I cannot recommend this place. Even the salsa was bad. It tasted like. An open can of tomato sauce… some photos I have attached some photos.. secondly, parking is impossible.. especially being wheelchair bound..

Carlos from SOB and Rotolos is our favorite, and he’s here Monday-Friday lunchtime now!! So obviously, as soon as we heard he was working st this new spot we had to come check it out. The place is clean and well lit. Perfect noise level, great music and comfortable booths. We got birria tacos and Mehixiholes (shrimp, chicken, steak and cactus with tomatoes, spicy tomatillo sauce & served with tortillas, guac, pico, beans and rice. Very large portions!! My skinny marg was amazing - orange juice was fresh squeezed and his top shelf michelada slapped so hard, we got 2. We will be back - ask for the spicy salsa to start. It's a cannot miss!!

I have a mixed experience review for this one. While the food presentation was impressive (9/10), the taste unfortunately didn't live up to the visual appeal (3/10). The dishes didn't stand out in terms of flavor and quality. However, the margaritas were a highlight - strong, tasty, and full of flavor definitely a (10/10)! The salsa and chips was also pretty enjoyable compared to other Mexican restaurants I’ve tried (8/10). Overall, I'd rank this restaurant towards the bottom of my list for Mexican cuisine, but it's worth a visit if you’re looking for a tasty marg!

We were so excited as East Memphis transplants to learn/see that Germantown/Collierville had opened a Casa at Houston Levee & Winchester! We eagerly went on our Friday Mexican dinner out! Unfortunately, we were largely disappointed with our experience. The ambiance is great. The service is adequate. We had to season our salsa with salt and pepper because it tasted like tomato sauce with a little jalapeño added -we could the seeds but that was it. I ordered a small bean dip - it was served on an appetizer plate & was more beans than cheese dip - and also was not the greatest. My husband had beef enchiladas with rice, which were served with very little sauce - they were just “meh”. He ate them - but they weren’t his favorite- nothing to write home about. I ordered shrimp tacos - the most flavor of the whole meal was on the shrimp but they were still just OKAY. Let’s talk about margaritas… I ordered a jumbo top shelf regular margarita - it tasted like I was drinking rubbing alcohol. My husband ordered a medium frozen watermelon margarita- he had to stir the hell out of it to find the flavor and didn’t enjoy it. I liked his margarita more than mine. The jumbo cost $24! The large $14.50! We won’t be back because it’s not...

We eat Casa Mexican a LOTTT in their Hacks across location and were super excited when this opened up next door.

The ambiance and atmosphere they made was very social and a lot better than the traditional one on Hacks Cross.

However, we were a bit disappointment with the food and service. We ordered steak tacos (the one with nacho cheese) and they brought out the wrong order. After 15 minutes they brought another order, this time the type of order was correct but they did not make it steak they made it chicken by accident. At this point I was pretty hungry so just ended up eating it because we already waited over 30 minutes to get the food.

Upon leaving it took a while to get the check. We requested chips before we left and got just chips and no salsa. I would have expected given they messed up the order twice and we had to wait so long they would at least try to make the experience better with a very small gesture like giving free chips and salsa but this was not the case.

We will still be going to the Hacks Cross location, but this did not meet our expectations on quality...
