I will never not use a CF! The Collinsville and Belleville locations in particular are my go to's! Collinsville's location is perfect for me & right in the middle of work & home which makes it hard to not go after work & it is always superbly clean! There isn't once when I'm there that an agent or a manager isn't doing something to help with cleanliness, re-racking equipment or helping a member clean up a spill. Even though it's an older location, you'd never know with how wonderfully their manager Mallory keeps things running! Belleville will always be my home away from home as this location rebooted my gym going! I have a Premium membership which allows me access to all of the studios, tanning, & extra goodies that this location has to offer & it's a great one stop shop for everything that I need when I'm out there visiting! The staff is always welcoming, especially Paige, Cam & their new manager Endia; they're always smiling, having fun & willing to help! If you're looking to reboot or start your fitness journey, I highly recommend the CF family; you won't find a more motivating & fun group of people to help you stay on top...

First, I have been a member for a long time at this location. I originally chose a package where I paid a down payment to lock in my monthly rate, and it had all the perks included (which there are not that many at the Collinsville location) but that never bothered me. Recently, I tried to gain access at a time the staff was not there and could not get in. I then found out, they moved my all access pass to their lowest form of membership and now want me to pay double the rate to have 24 hour access. I told customer service that is a breach of my original contract, and should return my downpayment for breaching the agreement. They told me, they can do that because they did it to everyone.
I replied to an email asking if they removed everyone's access and set them all the the lowest membership status, and that is when they completely stopped responding. Breaching contracts, ignoring long term members, I am not sure what happened to this company, but they do not appear to care about their members anymore. I will scout some other gyms...
Read moreBe careful. I've been out of contract for over a year, yet when I decided to cancel my membership, I was sent a bill for two month's service. I called to figure out why, and was told that there is a 30 day cancellation notice. It was explained to me that since I cancelled on 12/6/14, I owed for the month of December. BUT, I also owe for the entire month of January because January's bill goes out on the first of the month, and that just happened to fall within the 30 day notice. If I had canceled 1 week earlier, I wouldnt have been charged for the 2nd month. That, and the girl I spoke to on the phone sounded like I was bothering her by asking for a clarification on my bill. She basically said "sorry, that's how it is, and no, we wont pro-rate." I will never use club fitness again, and I have recommended to everyone I know to choose a different gym.
Overall, I enjoyed the gym, but I have received very poor customer service, even poorer service from the corporate telephone line, and I will never step foot in a club...
