Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Collinsville

I ordered a pizza for my kids at 7:03 pm and I called at 7:54 asking where it was and the man who answered the phone said his gps system was down and they couldn’t track the driver then I was asked to speak to the manager and I said yes then I was told the gps on the drivers are fine and the driver was 3-4 streets away from my house and would be 5-8 min it’s now 8:37 and I have been on the phone with them again they said they had no record of the order and wasn’t going to deliver it I was charged and not given my pizza I was told I can call the call center and tell them about my problem. Worst management I have ever seen and I’ve worked food industry my whole life. I would not recommend ordering or dining in at this establishment. Worst...

I recently ordered from Papa John’s and while the pizza was great, the service left much to be desired. I received a text saying my pizza was ready, so I went to the restaurant to pick it up. When I paid for the pizza, the lady at the counter just walked away, and a few minutes later, a man came up to tell me they had to remake the pizza. He said it would be another 6 minutes, but after waiting 20 minutes, I finally got my pizza. I was really disappointed with the lack of an explanation or apology for the delay. Ordered pizza delivery. They said it would be 30 minutes. They never showed. When I called an hour later, I was told they called multiple times and knocked but no one answered. No one knocked. There are no missed calls. I don't think they even came out but if they did they both came to the wrong house and called the wrong number. Their only response was that they would bring it out if we wanted but it would take another hour. I would think that fixing this issue would be a priority and it shouldn't take twice as long as previously promised. They said it would be 5 minutes if we picked it up.
