I have been inside this store twice since they opened. I am very highly disappointed to be honest. Why is it they talk about these huge shipments only to hardly get anything good at this location? Oh yeah because mostly everything decent goes straight to their St. Louis stores instead. And there's really not much in there this time neither. I wouldn't buy anything electronic from them. What if it doesn't work as it should? I've seen next to nothing worth buying. So needless to say this is just another place that won't ever receive money from me. I was excited for a new business coming to Collinsville. But all this talk and nothing good came out. And plus the space they are renting has seen better days. The flooring is dirty, ragged and damaged. The ceiling is damaged. I'm assuming the owner will not put any money into much needed repairs to this space. The inside is just a huge disaster and i am surprised the city...

Great local store! Everyone that works there is always so kind and helpful! It is always fun to look through the store too, they get such a wide assortment of goods. There have been a couple of times that I haven’t been able to lift what I’ve purchased due to some weight lifting restrictions and they always help me out to my car with it and everything. Wonderful customer service! I have made several purchase and have always been incredibly satisfied with all of my items. And they have a fair return policy if it is needed. Amazing local business, I would highly recommend a visit to support them if you’ve never been! Just bought a altec Lansing speaker literally 20 mins ago. And I finally get home to open it and I'm greeted by this a none working speaker. figured there was something wrong when screws where missing and it sounded like rocks where inside. Please let me know if this is from the factory! And if your wondering it's a few napkins 2 or 3 aa battery's and a shoe string.
