I’m not one to leave long winded reviews, but some of the issues people are having seem to be user error.

Sing up was as simple as you can imagine. I txted with Tim and Janel and they had me signed up with a temporary access code in about 3 hours. I reached out a few days before I arrived because I understood that my emergency was not their urgency.

The gym itself was one of the coolest gyms I’ve ever been to. Most of the equipment was dated, but it was so well taken care of and properly maintained that it worked better than most “box gym’s” new equipment. The frequent patrons were also extremely helpful and were ready to answer any questions you may have.

As for the price, you pay a premium to not have to deal with the annoyances that come with training at a box gym. If you’re looking for a place to do an hour on cardio equipment and do some circuit training on machines, this may not be the place for you. This gym is a life saver!! At 50 years old I had a stroke and had to make some changes, I had to get healthy!! I had never been a "gym person" before (too embarrassed) but decided to give Top Notch a try. I have now been going there for 8 months. Their trainer has gotten me in better shape than I have ever been in, by being motivating and compassionate with a little humor thrown in (which I love). He is amazing!! The owners are wonderful people who truly take an interest in all of their patrons and are constantly striving to give the best gym experience possible without draining your wallet. Only reason I go here is for my daughters cheer and one night walking out to my car i had a terrible slip on ice since whole parking lot was ice and they didnt even try to salt it!!!! And messed my back up and still hasnt been right no one even came to check on me or the guy that also slipped and fell or my daughter since she was in my arms at the time my husband and another older lady came to check on me and no one checked on poor guy they never seemed to sale anything this whole winter there ridiculous!
