So it was the first day my son and I had been in coloma , having just moved here. I knew I loved roma pizza having encountered it at another location prior. But the team at coloma local is superior. There are not many businesses that will show a more human than machine side out there anymore it feels like. But when that night, just before they closed , they delivered our dinner with a discount as a welcome and expressed it at my door I was dumb founded n tongue tied. That's remarkable business especially in today's society. It is exactly the type of good choice that will earn loyalty and positive recognition, reviews and rewarded with a larger customer base. It helped allow for a comforting smile and overall feeling of hope and continuum in our new home and choices moving forward. Along with a renewed stirring of excitement regarding our new community. Multiple times I’ve ordered food for delivery and the sauce is forgotten. The first time I understand , no problem. The second time was a pickup order and they forgot the cheese bread, which they did deliver the cheese bread after we called to explain (1.5 miles away from the pizza shop). The third and fourth time the sauce was forgotten , yet again. The fourth time with the forgotten sauce, one of two pizzas were air temperature cold. Upon receiving the pizza at delivery, the fourth time the sauce was forgotten, the guy says “usually they put the sauce inside the box” when I know for a fact they wrap the sauce in aluminum foil. For a $15 tip, you’d think they’d drive a mile to the shop and back to bring you your sauce. That’s...

I am very disappointed in the flavor of this pizza. I paid almost $30. By the time you include the $5 they charged me for delivery plus the tip it was $30. The pizza wasn't nothing like I would have expected, it looks good online and it looked great when it was delivered but there was no flavor, it was a one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The sauce is what ruined this pizza for us. It tastes like nothing I've ever had before on a pizza. I'm never going to order from here again. This was a waste of good money, we ended up throwing it out because none of us liked it.
