I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS RIGHT NOW!!

Wonderland cinema just BLOCKED me because I left a negative review on their Facebook page 🤯🤯🤯

We accidentally bought tickets for Thursday (which is packed with sports that evening) and I was trying to contact them to get tickets changed to Friday.

Tried the phone line… goes straight to a voicemail that is full. Tried emailing them… no response. Tried facebook messenger and FINALLY got through to someone that way.

I explained the situation and was asking if there was someway I could exchange them for a different day. The person on the other side says the only way to exchange them is to go there IN PERSON.

I told them that is ridiculous. I live far away so a round trip to get tickets exchanged would be over an hour. What difference does it make if I come in person or if I send them my confirmation info via email or over the phone to get it switched!?!?

So I left a negative review telling online buyers to beware and quadruple check your tickets date and time.

And then THEY BLOCKED ME 🤯

I’m sorry… but this is about unprofessional as it gets. People are allowed to have their opinions and I was simply warning others about checking their tickets before buying online because it’s impossible to get them switched. That was all.

By the way… the check box you have to click said “no refunds” which I was not asking for. I was simply asking to change the date, not asking for my money back.

Nothing was resolved!! I didn’t get my tickets exchanged, probably won’t get my money back seeing as the tickets are non refundable and...

I love the Loma in coloma, as well as the wonderland in Niles (both owned by more Moore theaters). Ticket prices are excellent and concessions are affordably priced as well. Only downside is the seating is not super plush like celebration. But at the wonderland if you order tickets online you can pick your...
