I am a little late at posting, busy summer. Mary Jo owner/operator, this is what a business woman who you want to role model. I own a landscaping business out of state, and I talked my wife into letting us put the miles on one of the work trucks for a camping trip nearby. Unfortunately, the thermostat failed and the vehicle was climbing temperature fast. In the middle of no where in Wisconsin, no tools, can I even find the part up here, no cell service. It was a mess. Finally after calling over 41 places, this place said come on over. We made it there, 1 year old, 4 year old both annoyed with Dad, and once we met Mary Jo, what a game changer. We met her amazing dog in the lobby area, she offered us a loaner vehicle while they looked into the truck, my kids literally said time and time again on the drive home, that lady was so nice to us. We ended up going to a local playground in the small town, ate at a local diner that was amazing, went back to the campground to swim and burn off more energy for the kids, and then got a call we were ready to go. Updated 1/10/25: Still have not gotten back to me about my windshield. Dropped my 3star to 2star.

U0dated 2/26/24: The car buying experience was easy and painless. The reason I give it a three is for the following: I purchased my car in Feb 2023. Upon pickup we noticed that the windshield had scratches all across it from the cleaning before we took it off the lot. I showed our sales agent right away. It is almost August and they still havent fixed my windshield... I have asked several times when it will be fixed and every time the response is the same "they havent called you yet?" or "We are waiting for them to come as they have other cars to look at as well". I am tired of the go around and the fact it has been six months and they havent fixed the scratches they put in my windshield is very upsetting.

UPDATED 2/6/25: They had a change of staffing and Sam and Tanya called and we fixed my windshield within two weeks. They were really kind and Sam went the extra mile to answer any questions I had regarding trading in, l9an details, etc. MUCH better service this...

In Sept I was in a head on by a driver who totaled my Hummer. I had a horrible concussion and was not thinking clear. However Sam Kim and Nate stepped in and found me the most beautiful Hummer ever ! I picked it up today. I love it! These people were patient, understanding , and allowed the whole process to go on. They drove it two hours closer so I could get it. When I saw it on the showroom floor I cried. These people are not typical sales people. I feel now like there family. There miracle makers working beside u to help make ur dreams come true ! They don’t push you or make u feel pressure. They are beside you 24/7 to help u make the right decisions and answer your questions. If u have never been to this place. U need to go.
