Interesting little nano brewery in Coloma with rotating brew selections. Enjoyed a chestnut brown ale with a wonderfully deep, robust flavor without being bitter. The Apple Graf had a very pronounced Granny Smith Apple taste and enough sourness to make it a fantastic summer beer along with the Blueberry Cream Ale. The brick oven pizza selections are a delicious pairing with the brews. Light and crispy crust with just enough chew and unusual toppings like jalapeño popper and pulled pork. Had Frost Special on another visit and was treated with Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, and Onions on that WONDERFULLY chewy crust! You DO need to see the bathroom too. Wendy behind the bar and Bill making pizzas. The best mom and pop brew pub we have been to. Talked to owners, talked to the locals. What a fun experience. Pizza was very good. Had the BBQ Pulled pork and the traditional. So good! Beers are excellent and that is why we are here. Blueberry Cream, Irish Red, Chocolate oatmeal stout, and APA, all very yummy. Actually, very nice place inside. Some decent beer choices but their hours open are minimal. Recently, a friend visited the area and wished to go in for a craft beer. As we walked in for a beer at 7:35 pm when closing time is at 8 pm. Our greeting from barkeep as we entered was "We are closing" I glanced around others were still eating & drinking. We stated "Just looking for 1 beer" Nope, have a good night bye bye... It appears they just don't need our money and could probably use some work on customer...
