Went for a consultation for color with Miranda two weeks before my wedding. Showed her a picture of a hair color and she said she could definitely do it. Nothing crazy, asked for caramel brown. When she colored my hair two days before my wedding it was entirely the wrong color. Bright white bayalage and mousy brown is what I got. The back was orange and yellow and red and many different colors. When I explained to her that it looked awful she got a huge attitude and told me that âno one would see it when it was styled.âThe whole underneath was multicolor and I wasnât happy. I asked her what we could do because it didnât look good and not even close to what we talked about during the consultation. She toned it more and her whole demeanor was crappy. It felt like she was throwing a tantrum. She was rough with my hair and the water was hot when she rinsed my hair this time. She didnât want to talk anymore and the whole experience changed very negatively. Being at her mercy because it was two days before my wedding she got the color to look better but still wasnât what I asked for.I told her it was much better (it was better but not great)and paid her for her services. It was the most expensive color I have ever had done and not worth the money. I chose this place because their reviews were amazing but learned they give 20% off products if you give them a review. Final note though, Ann did a great job doing my makeup and hair for my wedding and it lasted all night! Looked very pretty!...
   Read moreI am quite disappointed in my experience here. I made an appointment for a cut and color. When I arrived, it took 7 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone who works there. No, "Hi, welcome in!" or "Hi! We will be right with you!" Nothing. When I was being checked in, the gal asked if I was just there for a cut. I told her my appointment should be for a color, as well. She informed me that my stylist was not even there. I'm not sure if I was scheduled with someone who wasn't working that day or what, but I waited a little longer. A different employee came and notified me that they were trying to figure out "whose books I was on." A little bit later I was taken back to the sink by a different stylist, which I was confused about since I've never had a wash before color. She, too, was not informed I had made an appointment for a cut AND color. She was going to need to reschedule me for the following day. They had already wasted enough of my time, that I was not going to make another appoint with this VERY...

I had a scheduled appointment for Sunday, and my stylist Nikki texted me at 11pm the night before to let me know she threw her back out and would have to reschedule me to Tuesday. I happily obliged as I understand hair styling can be a laborious career. Come Tuesday, she texted me two hours before our appointment saying she has a kid home sick and would need to push my appointment back. I scheduled my entire week around this appointment and could not have it moved back at all. All in all, Iâm headed to South Africa for a very important photo shoot without my hair styled because I could not get in anywhere else. I simply wish the salon wouldâve offered to have someone else do my hair or try to handle the situation in a professional way. Nikki simply responded âmy apologiesâ and there was no further attempt at customer service by the company nor Nikki. I am sad to have had this experience as Iâve heard such good things...
