Good Company Bar — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

In all my life I have NEVER had such poor service at a bar, unfortunately it was not the cocktail servers fault. Why would the owner/manager run their establishment so poorly. Let me paint you a picture, its the first Friday in a while with good weather, they booked a live band to entertain the guests, they have a 3000 sf bar, that was sro and have 1, one, uno server scheduled to bring drinks to people. That was the first red flag. Second one was only having 2 bartenders scheduled to serve all the drinks. We were a party of 8 out celebrating my wife's birthday, we saw the chaos and decided to make things easy on the server and bartender so we all ordered the e act same thing Tito's vodka with tonic and a splash of cranberry, a pretty simple order. Well things went south, but not in a hurry, we waited 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive this is where things went from ridiculous to absurd, what was delivered to us was 1 Jack and coke, 2 vodka tonics (no cran), 2 vodka red bull, 1 screwdriver, a shot of bourbon and 1 vodka tonic with cran. None of the vodka drinks were Tito's and since 3 of our party are bartenders we watched the bartender mix drinks while we waited and watched almost every drink go out with a "short" pour, many of them with not even half the amount of alcohol they should. Well we paid for the drinks that we didn't even touch and left. The server apologized and said the manager wasn't available to talk to us because they were on a break. Needless to say we will never go back there. This place is destined to fail, and maybe that is what's best, so someone else can move in there that wants to take care of their customers and not...

This place is a disaster! I don't know if they changed management or what, but we have had several large parties here and all have gone wonderfully until this past weekend! I called well over a month in advance to reserve seating, I placed a large food order and beer towers for our party...I even called 3 days before our party to confirm everything and was told it was all set. When I arrived the evening of the party, they didn't have my tables reserved, lost my food order and gave me one brand new waitress to take care of A PARTY OF 30!!!! It took forever to get my beer towers, I had to repeatedly tell her to keep bringing out my food, they wouldn't clean up the empty food trays or dirty dishes....The bar staff was awful and this place was NOT busy....no eye contact even though we were standing there for several minutes....no "I'll be right with you" no nothing....I asked to speak to the manager (which was the bitchy bar chick) and they sent me the bouncer like I didn't know any better....when I explained my problems he says "Let me go see what I can do" and I NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN! OUTRAGEOUS! And to top it off, the whole reason we chose Good Company is the karaoke is always fun....on this particular evening the DJ they had couldn't get the program to work so there was no karaoke! Plus he was a GIANT DBag!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Do NOT waste your money or your time on this...

This bar is alright, the waitress/ bartenders looked very trashy with their outfits and the way they touch all of the men is pretty disgusting. The weird handshake from the owner when we walked in was extremly confusing, then when checking out the jukebox he slyly comes by and drops that no nude karaoke was allowed, clearly making it grossly flirtatious. The environment was 80% single male, the pool tables surrounded, the annoying punching bag machine noise, the terrible karaoke just very chaotic. It just is not a place for a date or for a good time, maybe a party or group gathering. My friends that ordered food didn't complain, but pricy and it took forever. I have nothing nice to say about the waitress as she charged us for a double when we clearly didn't order one, when she was trying to explain the price of shots she decided to get a very courageous additude, so least to say I didn't order anything else from her as I was charged ridiculously and for something we didn't order. She then didn't know what a cherry bomb was so she sent one of our friends to the other bar where they could help him. This place is straight up one of the bars you see...
