Stay away from this store and this corporation Emailing corporate and customer service doesn't help they never respond.
Absolute worst First time ever purchasing from Ashley Furniture store and last I purchased Maysville counter height table set on 12/21/18 it was delivered on 12/29/18.After it was set up I noticed that the table top was already peeling. Chairs are uneven. So I'm thinking this set was brought from the bottom of the warehouse barrel. I immediately contacted Ashley customer care sent pictures and they replied I was eligible for an exchange, ok but now what? Not hearing from them , I called again on 1/3/19. Lady said oh yes order is just now going through but we won't be able to deliver til January 24, 2019. Now I'm waiting another month! On 1/12/19 I get a voicemail from a Serena staying she was calling to discuss my upcoming delivery. Call her back same day, she says "Oh ok can I call you back?"When she hung up I believe her intentions was to never call me back.
On 1/20/19 I called her back didn't get her on the line but I talked to a TamaRay (if I'm pronouncing it right) who told me my set would be delivered on 1/24/19.
1/23/2019 Received a Voicemail from Rudy stating they checked the table set and it was damaged so now I have to wait Feb 14, 2019 for my set. A set that mind you is paid for but so far its not worth the price I paid nor do I have. I asked Rudy what can Ashley do abut my inconvenience, he said to call the Store. Now I smell a run around coming and after reading all the bad reviews with the Colton location I know that will be a waste of time and energy.

I came about 30 min before closing time so I understand maybe they were trying to hurry up and rush me out of there but at first the lady that helped us seemed nice but all we came for initially was a bed frame and she speed walked throughout the whole store we had like 30 seconds of looking time to look at all the bed frames and sofas and things like that because she kept bouncing around it was hard to keep up with her or even really take it in and see what we liked .
We came here excited and by the end of it exhausted from all the pressuring of things we did not come for or need ! She wouldnt even explain features etc on things just here take a look and then go to a different product. She assumed because we said oh this is nice she started adding everything to a cart she created for us without going over ANY PRICING, until the very end.
They really just care about your money. No friendly customer service. At the end she came up with an outstanding price and it included a bed frame we liked like 5 bedframes ago , we had liked other ones more than that one but she didnt care to stop and go over pricing for it so i didnt even really know what bed frame she had in our cart ! And i felt as though if i asked her which one that was again she would be annoyed, and would be a bother for her to go show us. Didnt even bother to ask our budget until the very end and when we said we were looking to spend less than 3k she said oh yeah no thats not going to happen.

Being an employee of another company that has a partnership with Ashley Furniture, I was able to take advantage of their great deals. The discounts were impressive and made furniture shopping a much more affordable experience. However, I must say that my visit to their store left a bitter taste in my mouth due to the poor customer service I experienced, particularly in the loading area.
I had purchased a large item and it was my expectation that the loading process would be quick and efficient. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. The employee responsible for loading the items seemed more interested in talking and laughing with his colleagues rather than doing his job. It was incredibly frustrating to watch them waste time and neglect their responsibilities while I stood there, waiting for over 30 minutes.
I understand that employees need to enjoy their work environment and have some time for socializing, but it should never come at the expense of providing efficient and prompt service to customers. As a customer, it is disheartening to witness such lack of professionalism and dedication.
Overall, while Ashley Furniture may offer great deals for employees, the poor customer service I experienced, particularly in the loading area, overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit.
