I had a bad experience with a mattress they sold me here and I am so disappointed with the sales person here cause they just sale you a product to sell it and don't give you any worning and tell you it's the best product and you will have no issues with it and please people never buy a Tempur pedic mattress and if you do ask the sellers to be honest and worn you that you will not get a replacement for your mattress if anything goes on with it if you have even 1 stain cause they tell you wonders there the best 10 year warranty I had had bad experiences with other mattresses before with saging were you sleep and I let them know before I bought this mattress just for them to tell me no no this would never happen and if it did they have 10 year warranty o but they told me nothing about Tempur pedic voiding your warranty if it was to have 1 stain and if I had known this trust me I would have never never bought a mattress this expansive cause I have only 4 years with it I paid almost 5 thousand for it and after the 1st year I started noticing it was starting to sag I let the store know and they told me they couldn't do nothing that I had to go true Tempur pedic ok. let me tell you customer service is a joke they know nothing and the people in charge of claims you can only reach by email which is ridiculous it's a back and fourth with emails and pic and they don't even bother or want to send some one to see the mattress in person I made a claim 2 times the first they told me the saging wasn't dep enough they couldn't do nothing cause it would have to be 3/4" for them to do something it got worse and I called again for them to tell me that the mattress was satined and those stains had made it sag they even sent me one of the pic I had send them and they drew around were the stains were and some are not even were the saging is I was so mad the stains are superficial cause the first thing I did was buy a stain cover for it the stains are really small I will post pic it's not like if there humongous stains so they just give you the run around and lame excuses to not do nothing to change your mattress and people should know cause I know I am not the only one that is having issues with this product cause I have researched it really late cause if I had known I would had never bought this expensive but cheap mattress and I had known wich I should have Ben warned from the sells person but they just want to sell so disappointed. This is how my mattress looks you can clearly see how big the saging is and worse when you are sleeping it makes my back hurt now a and also they gave me the excuse that the pic were blurry and I had done something to the pic to look like that I was so upset. This product is not worth what you pay for it cause you will not see that 10 year warranty.

Read moreWe bought two Ashley Brand mattresses from here. One 2 years ago and one about 6 months ago. Both of them the tags were ripped off at delivery. Didn’t think to much about it until now. The two year old mattress is starting to sink, badly! The back pain is so bad that I am up at 1:15am writing this review after going to bed at 10pm. You have to try to sleep right on the edges or in the dip, or be twisted with low back pain. Two people could not sleep on this at all. Shoot, I can’t even alone. I use a mattress cover so the warranty is not voided and there are no stains. I have to sleep on our 10 year old couch, also from Ashley, because the pain is less than this mattress. You can see in the photo that the mattress is bowed with no weight on it and after laying on it for 2 hours. We have been rotating the mattress once a week and can only get about 4 days of acceptable comfort before the sinking occurs. The warranty department said it is not bowing bad enough to warranty and the guy who came out pointed out the tags as a reason they might not warranty, but he did say it was bowing badly after testing it and hopefully they can do something about it. They were unaware of the tags. * Warning * if you buy a mattress from here, watch the delivery people for the tag removal and be prepared to sleep on a mattress that hurts while you fight the claim at some point. I’m going to call consumer affairs tomorrow and will likely have to buy a new mattress as this one is not acceptable to sleep on after only 2 years. It went from a good mattress with lots of support to one of the worst I’ve had in over 40 years quickly, I hope someone responds to this review asap. Bad products happen, it’s how the company handles it that matters. Update: They will not warranty this mattress and just offered a refund of less than 50%. Unfortunately they refunded for the wrong mattress, the newer mattress that was financed 6 months ago, and they won’t correct it after weeks of contact. Now we have a partial refund for the wrong mattress and stuck with two mattress's that cannot be warrantied, if the newer mattress fails in the future. I wish we had not bought either mattress's. Read moreIt’s funny how so many of these great reviews have pictures from the showroom. We purchased almost $12k in furniture when we moved back to California 3 years ago. This included an extended warranty from a third-party. Less than three years later, the loveseat is falling apart so we called the extended warranty company. They don’t answer the phone so we submitted a claim online. Six weeks later I still haven’t heard back from the warranty company. I called Ashley furniture and they sent a technician to my house and he confirmed that the loveseat is falling apart with broken bolts. Underneath this thing looks like it was put together for a 3rd grade project. The technician confirmed it should be covered by the extended warranty. I called the Ashley furniture store in Colton and reached a call center in another country. Explaining the story three times to three different people. The store manager said they couldn’t do anything and transferred me to the corporate office. I explained the problem to the receptionist and she said she would transfer me to someone who could help. She then transferred to a call-center in another country. I looked up the corporate office and called them again. I explained the situation again and a different receptionist transferred me to a call-center in another country. All I want is for Ashley to refund my money for this garbage sofa and loveseat and for the warranty that does no good. Ashley knows the warranty is no good which is why they no longer use the company and have their own extended warranties. The customer service at all levels is trash. I wouldn’t buy a toilet mat from Ashley furniture at this point.
UPDATE: You’ll notice below that Ashley responded and said to email them. I did and and still haven’t heard from anyone. The automated response is for show only. They don’t care!!
