Dugout Sports Cards — Local services in Columbia

Stopped in on way to Kansas City, would NEVER visit again. Workers were NOT friendly, selection of cards was not very good. To me it looked like they were just filling their cases with just whatever they had…. There was nothing special there, nothing “caught” my eye. Just very average. I have been wanting to go here for months. Finally had the time had very high hopes and was i let down I shoes them a card that was from select PSA sign 9 and I asked what he thought it was worth he said it's leaf it's not going to be worth much how do u work at a card shop and not know the difference from leaf and select and they had very little hits to pick from in there case the arrowhead in Springfield is smaller but has way better stuff to pick from i won't be going back to this place...

I've been there twice this year and both times excuses were made as to why they couldn't/didn't want to help me. It's genuinely like you are bothering them to be in in the store. I went to this store the first year it was open and the owner was nice and fired up to be opening his store. I'm not sure if this is the same owner but if it is, it's disappointing as to how far the customer service has fallen. I won't be back, my time is worth something even though they make you feel...
