Honest Review – Would NOT Recommend
When we first went in to order the casket spray for my aunt’s funeral, the customer service was just okay. We were hesitant to use them because the examples of their work looked very large and full of greenery, which was not the style we wanted. We showed them the exact picture (which was also on their own website) and were told they could match it and make something smaller with less greenery. They quoted us $380—over $100 more than the price listed online—but we agreed because this was for our princess, and getting it right was more important than the cost.
When we arrived at the funeral home to approve everything, we were shocked. The spray looked like a giant green bush—the exact opposite of what we asked for. As we got closer, we noticed the hydrangeas were wilted and lifeless, which was incredibly disappointing and heartbreaking on an already emotional day.
One longtime employee from the florist came and kindly tried to fix it the best she could last minute. She even suggested we speak with the owner. Since we were early, we went back to the shop.
This is where everything went from disappointing to unacceptable.
The woman who made the arrangement Tiffany Bond came out from the back with a nasty attitude, very dismissive and matter-of-fact. She told us, “It boiled down to the money,” even though she was the one who quoted us the price for the exact photo we provided. She said if we had ordered online, they would have called us for more money because their online prices are “off.” Then she ended the conversation with, “It is what it is,” rolled her eyes at me and my mother, and stood there bucking her eyes at us.
The owner stood there and allowed this behavior without stepping in or attempting to make it right. And the other workers were just appalled.
We were already grieving the loss of the woman who helped raise us, and we chose to walk away to avoid escalating the situation and missing our final moments with her.
Now that the funeral has passed, the more we replay this experience, the more heartbroken and upset we are—not just about the poor quality flowers we paid nearly $400 for, but about how we were treated during one of the lowest moments of our lives.
If this is how they treat customers during their most sensitive, vulnerable times, I cannot recommend this business to anyone.
I will not return unless it is to speak with the owner directly. As far as I’m concerned, no family deserves to be treated the way we were. Businesses like this shouldn’t be in operation if compassion and quality are...

We ordered a casket spray for my aunt’s funeral and showed them the exact picture (from their own website). They promised they could match it with less greenery and quoted $380—over $100 more than the listed price, but we agreed because we wanted it perfect.
What arrived looked like a big green bush with drooping, lifeless hydrangeas. It was nothing like what we asked for. A kind employee tried to fix it last minute and suggested we speak with the owner.
When we went in, the florist who made Tiffany Bond, came out with a nasty attitude, told us “it boiled down to the money,” said “it is what it is,” and rolled her eyes at us—while the owner stood there and said nothing.
We were grieving and chose not to argue, but this was incredibly hurtful. We paid nearly $400 for poor quality flowers and were treated with ZERO compassion.
If this is how they treat families during their lowest moments, avoid this place. I will never...
