Wise Buys — Local services in Columbia

Fourth generation Wise Buys customer. The lady that checked us out deserves 5 stars. We were in there to buy bulk groceries and we were the last customers of the day. By the time we had checked out, the place was closed, but we were checking out and headed out the door. The other lady, whom I had tried to speak to several times had an absolutely DISGUSTING attitude and scowled at us the entire time we were shopping. Not only that, but she continually verbally berated the sweet woman checking us out the entire time we were being checked out when she wasn't busy slamming everything shut. I understand it was "closing time" but it's not like we were still shopping and there's no excuse for the language she used towards our cashier and the attitude she had towards us. Our bill would've been around $600 had I not placed a couple items back into the freezers, and the only reason I put them back was because I didn't want to spend that much at a place that thinks this behavior is acceptable, NOT because we didn't have the money. I was disgusted we had spent a dime there to begin with at this point, but I didn't want them to have to restock everything, or we would've just walked out and went to WalMart. Very disappointed with the condition of foods on sale and the expensive prices. I will not be back again. In my opinion the store was best before it moved. Idk bout you, but I'm just not interested in over paying for rusty, bent cans of anything. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN CHAIN STORES. There is no good deals on meat either.
