After calling around all other bounce house rental companies I emailed Supreme Bouncers and really didnt expect any luck but I was amazed by the company. The owner almost immediately responded and called answering all of my questions and explaing how she had numerous selections of bouncers and slides that I could choose from online and reserve. Not only was I able to go through a large selection of her inventory I was also able to reserve online and go pickup the same day. I booked on a Saturday needing it for Sunday and she let us come pickup Saturday and return Monday morning giving our family more time to enjoy and get more for our money. Prices are so affordable and quality was great. I miss read the hours of operation for pick up. However they send someone to give us out rentals. The night of our event it rained so it made it difficult to roll back up with all the water build up in the inside. I called to verify what was the best way to drain the water. We were told to put it back up to dry out. It took hours for water to drain and dry up. I was charged a $38 late fee that night. Then when we went to drop off they charged another $38 late fee. I absolutely love this team. This year my daughter graduated from kindergarten, so we rented a bounce house at last minute. They always have available bouncers and slides for whatever you need. Now my daughter and her friends decided they wanted to pit sand and track sand in the bounce house, but I have a cleaning fee which is NOT a problem. I love this team and I highly recommend them to anyone. Any function you have adult or children they will have something to accommodate everyone. I will continue to rent from these guys. I'm deciding if I want to do a 4th of July party with a wet slide this year....
