I purchased a $750 2019 MacBook Pro for college from here a couple of months ago. I got suspicious when I saw that the AppleCare was still active and registered in another name. The fan in the laptop was also extremely loud, the laptop was often very hot, and the processor slowed tremendously. I tried resetting the whole laptop a month later and ran into activation lock. The laptop was still locked to the previous owner. Not sure if these laptops are stolen or the workers are not doing their job to ensure the laptops are completely wiped. My fiancé & I have shopped here before in which we purchased a computer, so this was highly disappointing. After a gentle verbal exchange with the owner and one of the workers, I was only refunded $200. Initially, the owner provided me with a false made up lie stating that “government policy does not allow them to refund MacBook computers”. What a joke. I’m sure he thought I was clueless because of my skin color. I could not do my online schoolwork anymore plus as a college student, I lost $500. My fiancé and I were also wrongly kicked out of the store after we challenged the owner when he first stated he could not give anything back. They don’t like confrontation because they know they are wrong. They are configuring these stolen computers and selling it to the public who may not have general knowledge of these devices. I don’t know about the other computers but don’t purchase any Apple products from here. They are probably stolen. I will be going rigorously through my bank to receive my money back or contacting a local attorney.

I paid for a 2015 MacBook, I received a 2012, when I returned with the laptop I listed a series of things wrong with both laptops I purchased that day: loud fan sound, freezing laptop, glitching screen etc. the manger was extremely rude telling me I had no knowledge. I was kind and said it was fine just asked for help with my computer or even a partial refund, I got neither. I also asked if I could have a copy of my receipt, manager said no and kicked me out of the store when I was nothing but respectful. He knew he sold me a false laptop which is why he denied me access to both my original and copy of my receipt. Please take your money elsewhere as this company is a scam
