Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

I come to this location daily in between going to work. 5 days a week I use the 7-11 that is attached to this burger King. I've been doingvthis for 8 years. Never have I seen how filthy the dining room and men's bathroom has been over the past yr and a half. I've made a complaint on line before about this and how the store is never open at 6a.m. ready to serve. I've observed last month in March on how the garbage went a week before anyone decided to change it. I've taken pics of how dirty the floor in the men's bathroom is, the urinal has old and new urine on the floor in front of it for DAYS before getting cleaned up. The sink stays filthy, and the toilet at times has the toilet paper sitting on the dirty floor. I stopped bringing my 3 yr old to that location to eat bc of the tables never being wiped down after folks sitting down to ddine in. This week alone I've seen the same trash in the men's bathroom that was there from closing shift SUNDAY NIGHT, to still being there untouched WEDNESDAY afternoon thus week. It's disappointing. Other locations have people set to check and clean the dining room and should be checking the bathrooms once every hr in my opinion. Staff is very nonchalant and careless and seem to be only concerned with themselves or being outside smoking 🚬. The circle k gas station right across the street has staff that clean and monitor their bathrooms and common areas frequently throughout the shifts. Upper management and maybe even DHEC needs to check this location weekly. I'll never buy food from that...

I went in like 30 min before they switched ro lunch and didn't want anything on the breakfast menu so I was gonna wait my boyfriend went ahead and ordered something but they knew i was gonna wait, 30 min goes by (my phone said 10:30) so I go back up to the counter I watch the menu change to the lunch menu and end up standing there foe a good few min while the lady's are ignoring me and talking in the back finally one comes over and I ask for just a cheeseburger and she's like no you gotta wait like 5 more min I was like come on so she went and asked if they were ready foe lunch in the back then comes back to me and says that no it's gonna be like 15-20 min cause they gotta wait for the thing to heat up and that made me really mad because they knew I was waiting and the menus had already changed! You need to be ready to serve lunch by 10:30 NOT TURN ON THE THING AT 10:30 I was like no I've already waited 30 min you should have turned it on 20 min go so it'd be heated up by now untested its standing around talking not doing your jobs. This place is only one that's closer to my house but We will not go back anymore. The last time I was there with my daughter, we found hair and piece of chopped metal in the burger one after another, A piece of hair it's usually what I see in this location so normally, we just take it out and don't even bother because they just won't improve anyway. ...but piece of metal in the food? That was it, I took it back to the only cashier works at the moment, then showed to her but no apologies what so ever, she took it back to kitchen throws right in a small trash can, then Says, she will bring another one. This was a joke to them it seems ,so I then requested to see the manager name Mr.walton but same thing again, no apologies what so ever. I told him what happened but is he really a manager? I still wonder.......he finds a piece of wrinkled up receipt in his pocket and writes my name and my phone # on it......then says someone from burger king will contact me, but guess what? Of course nothing! It's been about two weeks already. .....I love burger king but...
