Yesterday I decided to stop at Subway on Two Notch Rd. in Columbia, South Carolina and order a sub sandwich. Arrived and went in to place an order and immediately when I walked through the door I was totally shocked from the heat inside. It was about 90°, that was really not really their fault because the air conditioning was out. But the overall appearance of the restaurant looked very unorganized and appeared not be real clean. There was one customer in front of me, a lady ordered two sandwiches and the guy was working building her sandwiches and asked me what I wanted at the same time. I told him what sandwich I wanted and he started building it. I also ordered an Auntie Ann’s foot long pretzel that subway advertised as so great. That is where the real confusion started. The guy building the sandwiches and the cashier got so confused that my sandwich got ahead of the lady in front of me and they wrapped and bagged it and gave it to that lady and she almost exited the restaurant and I said “did she get the wrong sandwich”. They called out to the lady and asked her to come back. She did and they figured it out that she had gotten the wrong sandwich. If I had not said anything she would have left with only one sandwich instead of the two she ordered and that one sandwich was mine. After she came back and they straighten out that confusion she left and the cashier started to ring up my order I had to ask if my prezel was prepared. It was not, the guy had to stop and prepare the pretzel apparently he forgot. I finally got everything I had ordered and paid and left the restaurant. After getting home I started to eat the sandwich. It was ok, but not to the standard of this restaurant and definitely not the standard of Subway. But then I started to eat the Auntie Ann’s Prezel and it was so hard that I couldn’t eat it. It seemed to be old and it was poorly prepared with no butter coating and hardly any salt. It was overall horrible and a total waste of money. I will never order a prezel from Subway again and will think twice about using this restaurant. Not a good experience or representation of Subway. You...
Read moreUpdating this and posting a screenshot of my order. This post went viral on threads and people are steady commenting saying I got what I ordered. No I didn't. The sweet onion chicken is presauced. Any and all sauces ordered for both sandwiches were no where to be found. My boyfriend and I used what we had at home. Initially my bf thought it was just my Sammy but he got no Chipotle or oil and vinegar and he added mayo to it. So yeah... I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered delivery an hour before closing and apparently that wasn't in advance enough for them and they were eager to leave. I didn't get my cookie. Driver told me at delivery. Our sandwiches had NO mayo, sauce, sweet onion, oil, vinigairette or vinegar splashed on; nothing. No oregano or salt/pepper. Completely dry. They just said screw toasting mine when I requested it on app. They didnt even finish our sandwiches and we had to eat these dry. I guess it doesn't matter cause it wasn't their own money spent after a long day of work. Customer service is non-existent and to add insult to injury they just take their phone off the hook before closing so you can't even get through to speak to someone. I called 5 or 6 times after delivery to hear "sorry your call can't be answered please try again at another time." I really can't imagine management or the owner thinking this is acceptable. I was excited to be getting the buy one foot long get another for $1 deal not realizing it was apparently employee modification night and they changed my deal to buy two foot longs get BOTH with no sauce or half of what you ordered on either and toasting not included. Void where prohibited. You guys are dog water. Go to...
Read moreI went to this store on Saturday Dec. 21 at 2:30 in the afternoon, there was one person ahead of me checking out. A couple walked in behind me. The counter was messy so I asked the young person behind the counter to change gloves and wipe the counter before making my sandwich. He replied something about leaving and bye. I was having a hard time understanding him as his voice was a little garbled, so I said 'what?' and again he said the same thing but this time pointed to the door. I was confused so I asked if he was asking me to leave, and he points to the door and says "go". I asked him why he was refusing to take my order and he mumbled something, I couldn't understand him so I asked "what?' and I think he said 'issues' (????) but I have no ides if that's what he said or what it meant. I'm still confused (I've NEVER had this happen before) and I say 'are you refusing to make my food' and he just says go and starts talking to the couple who had walked in behind me. I asked to see the manager and he said no, he was the only one here. I have NEVER had any food server talk to me like this and ask me to leave, I am totally disgusted. I do hope the owner reads this because the person working there that day was completely rude to me. AND IT'S A SHAME THAT THE OWNER HAS NEVER CONTACTED ME ON THIS ISSUE, EVEN THOUGH I'VE POSTED THIS IN MULTIPLE PACES, EVEN THE...
