Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbia

Spent $25 in the drive thru, got home & the food tasted like it was made days ago. My chicken quesadilla was missing, so I went back to get what I paid for. I walked in & an employee immediately yelled at me that the lobby was closed. It was 7:00 on a Saturday night! I asked them if I had to go back through the drive thru just to get what they didn’t put in my bag & one employee just shook his head ‘yes’. There were 4 employees in there & they just stared at me in silence. I suddenly got a really uneasy feeling, so I threw the food away that I had brought back with me & left. When I got to my car, I saw what I’m assuming was the “manager”, standing at the door staring at me. Sad to see our local businesses ending up this way. That was the last time my family eats at this establishment. I know the employees couldn’t care less, but one would think the owner would. (Have also been in the drive thru before about 2 months ago & saw a school bus of around 40 high schoolers on a field trip get turned away because “the lobby is closed” even though it’s not supposed to be according to their own signs & Taco...

If I could give this place zero stars in order to leave a review, I would. The absolute worst Taco Bell restaurant I have ever been to. The guy taking orders in the drive thru had absolutely no idea what he was doing. If I had to guess, he was probably stoned since there was about five workers outside on the sidewalk smoking when we pulled in. I asked for no tomatoes on anything in my order, there was tomatoes. One piece of my order was missing, go figure. I got the absolute worst attitudes from every single worker I came into contact there. The only saving grace for one star was when my husband came back in to grab my missing piece and one employee, I would assume maybe a manager, corrected the one with the ignorance...

Employee who took our order at drive thru and window wouldn't speak legibly. Our order was completely wrong with substituted items for things they said they didn't have. The few semi correct portions of the order were not prepared as ordered, and the food appeared as if it were prepared 30 to 45 min earlier. The, I assume manager on duty, came to the window to see if there was something wrong. We explained the issues, but she rudely said they provided substitutions, which weren't explained to us before handing the food out the window into our car, and slammed the window in our face and walked off. This happened on 8/14/23 at 8:45 pm. This has not been my first poor experience with this Taco Bell in...
