Though I have not been to this place, I have met an employee who claimed to work here when I asked him, He goes by the name Frank Mitchell I believe and he is incredibly inspirational and a great community help. I was driving up north and saw him bust a car window on Cooke road, came to find out that he had saved a person who overdosed and car after car didn’t stop but he did so if this is the kind of staff you have working there I know those people are in good hands. Maybe that woman will see this and know who to thank for her...

Need better trained and compassionate direct care staff. I will be glad when my son can leave this...
