Am a widow and my daughter lost her dad about a year ago and I got into bad health lost of total income in May of 2023 ( Just got my SSD approved and waiting on my payments) both myself and my daughter have been though so much this year my 17 year old daughter has Artisam and other medical problem's and she thought it would be a good idea to sell some of her school books and a few movies videos and couple of other little things she had we have never been in a pawn shop before and this was just before Christmas and we needed a little money (Myself have sold most of my furniture and appliances clothes) But I lived in California and Colorado and we moved hear about 5 years ago and live in United States for over 30 years and we went to this shop ring a bell and they open the door at first my daughter showed the lady with the short hair behind the counter and she was nice and honest she told my daughter she had movies up on her self for 5 years and they still haven't been sold them and she wasn't interested in school books which is understandable my daughter has Artisam and it takes a few minutes for her to process and I started talking to the lady about the guns and not even a minute later my daughter was crying and old lady with brown gray shoulder length hair was screaming at my daughter and said she coming around the counter to get her my daughter also has PTSD and was very upset and while this old woman that I can only say was a raven lunatic came after my daughter and the old man with gray hair started shouting at her and was screaming at us to get out of the store and has this Raven lunatic old women ran around the counter screaming I had to stand in front of her to stop her hurting my 17 year old daughter yes I told her to stop and she went behind the corner while the old while the old man was still screaming get out of the store and I truly believe they our very raceers and yes this was very traumatic for my daughter is getting nightmares about this Raven lunatic women and this is why am writing this and also the guns and jewelry is well over priced and honestly seen bran new jewelry in Macy's cheaper then them and honestly actually never seen people like them only in movies and this was one for the books is how they would put it in England and I wish y'all very happy holidays and...
