Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

Of all the years ordering from this place, I had an experience with one of the delivery drivers. He claimed to have knocked on my door but no one answered. I then proceeded to tell him, you couldn't have knocked on my door because I have cameras and not one time did he pop up on camera. I was at a doctor's appointment and wanted the pizza to be delivered to my son when he got home from school. The driver calls my phones and literally says oh well I'm not going all the way up the stairs, someone will have to come out and get it. I had to then call my minor son, whom I did not want outside while I was not there, to go out and look for him. My son said he was way down on the other side of the complex, which further let me know you did not knock on or attempt to redliver. I also leave instructions on the website on how to get to me and it even states there are pink and gold flower pots on my porch! So of course, I call to make a complaint and the white woman who was not caring or understanding of the situation that is supposed to be a manager states, "well, what do you want me to do?!" With the nastiest attitude. As much money as I spend with this place. After debating back and forth that I paid for my pizza to be delivered to my door! Not across the complex and in the parking lot. My son was literally looking for him. I felt like my minor son did more work than the driver ,Alejandro, did! She then says "I'll put a 10% discount off will that satisfy you" ... At the point, I was just like whatever. Still dealing with her nasty attitude and I was talking to her like an adult. Mutual conversation. I had to tell her twice she was doing too much. She said the 10% is on there, just make sure you use your phone number when you order again. Went on my account and she never fulfilled what she said she was going to do. I was not even going to do this review because I figured it was handled. She clearly lied and that delivery is a very lazy man. You guys should look into this! We customers are what keeps business going. I know because I have my own business and wouldn't dare talk to anyone how she talked to me knowing those people's money is my livelihood. Let me just reiterate, no other driver has had an issue with finding me after all these years of me ordering. My son really loves Papa John's so I literally order from here 2x a week. Tip really well. The food is not the complaint. Food is always great. Don't let sorry, lazy, workers with bad attitudes run you all down. I selected this location to order carryout and even confirmed the location through the website. The site changed my location and no, I didn't double check, and when I attempted to pickup my food, I realized the location had been changed. I asked if they could help somehow by changing the location back to this store and make the food. The lady said "No we can't" and walked away. I was beyond irate so I left. I drove to the other location and the lady there tried giving me 2 out of 4 boxes!!! When I asked for the other 2 pizzas that I paid for, she looked at me like I did something wrong! It says in the tag, 1 of 4 and 3 of 4!!!! The boxes were even stacked on top of each other!!!! When she hands me the last 2 boxes, she doesn't even apologize, doesn't say nothing. I had to say THANK YOU!!!! GO TO DOMINOS OR CICI PIZZA, ANYWHERE...

Service here is absolutely terrible. I have been waiting almost two hours on an order that was supposed to take fifty minutes. I called when they were only twenty minutes late and was told the order was complete and on its way should b pulling up any moment. So we wait, and wait and are still waiting. When I call back one hour and fourty five minutes later I'm greeted by a rude employees who tells me its on the way and after I press further I'm told its still sitting there and will b sent out shortly. Not even an apology just a lame excuse that they were backed up. Now I'm still waiting on my cold pizza and jot wings. I'm sure it will b fantastic after I microwave it... seriously the worst service ever. Probably just gonna go grab a couple hot n readys. Half the price and...
