Wowza. As a frequent shopper of military items due to work, I can say this was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced in this town. Karah (with an "H") immediately helped and saw I was out my depth preparing for school with a packing list. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. She even stayed a few minutes after her shift just to make sure I was good to go. Absolutely stellar.
When I was ready to check out, Autumn was amazing and was able to guide me through the specifics and answer any questions I may have. She also advised she would contact me whenever an item came in that I still needed.

Then theysaid they would call me back about it so I wait and they call back with a $150 price tag. What?!? Go to ranger Joe's down the road or Troops because you can buy the pack they want $150 used and with the straps cut, brand new with the tags for that price. Sorry, not sorry. If you mess up and tell a customer the wrong price, you gotta sell it for that or get comments like this. I've worked retail for many years so I know how this goes and we always honored...
