Subway — Restaurant in Columbus

Yes I haven't been to Subway in a while because I ask for my salad to be chopped and the acted as if it was a problem.What happen to customer always right policy.Last night I went back its new ppl there now the girl that waited on me as if she had a attitude about working.Saying she tired of seeing the same old ppl coming to Subway I quote (I'm tire of seeing the same old ppl walking in here) but in the same token her mind was all over the place.She didn't put my cheese on my bread.She took 2 pieces put it on my meat and stool it in the microwave .I said I guess the rest of my cheese will go on my bread.Ohh no she took my meat out the microwave and place it on my bread .So I said where the rest my cheese the new about to be Shift lead in July said it got cheese already.So I said fine so it went on .I heard that the manager trying to restaff the whole store if you are send these two with them. Y'all ppl that go to Victory Dr Subway this is how the store love y'all that's not love. I went Sunday night the two girls in there need to be gone if you trying to rebuild .What if a Secret Shopper was in there the whole store would be closed the manager with it.This is why I try to cook at home no appreciation nowhere. That girl must don't know how she making her pay check. The same old regulars that eat there everyday but that's good customer service . It don't matter if my food was bad but good customer service wins with me .I'm not gonna name anybody but management train your team better I blame this one on you and I'll never be back again if I need a sub I'll go to Piggly Wiggly or something. So I guess I haven't been to Subway in a long time but a lot has changed. I ordered the Monster which is like a steak and cheese sandwich. So in this location I could not see what they were doing when they cut the bread, placed the meat and cheese on it because they have some kind of silver panel blocking it. So I was telling him that I wanted my mayo on the top and bottom bread first and he said that he couldn't do it because it was no longer their policy. When he pulled the sandwich from behind the panel, it had all my meat, cheese and bacon already on it. I told him I did not want my bread toasted. He then said well I did not tell him that and I told him you did not ask me either. He said he was not supposed to ask me, I was just supposed to tell him that. Other locations I have been to ask me if I want the bread toasted because to me it makes the bread hard. He also asked the customer behind us if she wanted her bread toasted. Smh Because I am used to them putting my meat in a container with the cheese and warming it up before putting on the bread. I went ahead and got it toasted because he was now about to take everything he put on the sandwich and take it off and put it in the container. I guess he was frustrated so he had the other worker to continue helping us. Lol The bacon was rubbery and the sandwich was dry after he was only able to put mayo on the bottom as to how they put the toppings on it. I hope all the other locations are...

We've ordered online from here multiple times. And each time was a bad experience. Last time, they had my wife's and my sandwich completely wrong. I called them about the issues and they would make the sandwichs fresh the right way but only if i made it before they closed. So I rushed back from my house and got there 2 minutes before they closed. The door was locked when I got there. But they still let me get my sandwichs.

This time, we ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 Baja Chipotle chips, 2 of the pretzel bread things and 1 large drink. When I got there, they told me they were out of the pretzel breads even though I already paid for them, so they offered 4 cookies instead. When I looked inside the bag, I had 1 bag of jalapeños chips. So I took that out right in front of them and grab my 2 Baja Chipotle chips. They also didn't give me my cup for the drink. I had to wait in-line and tell them I needed my cup.

They employees here don't seem to care about service at all. Plus, 1 of the employees was smoking a joint right outside the front door and you could smell it as soon as you entered the...
