For a kitchen upgrade we decided to add an 84" tall appliance garage with roll out shelves for all those cumbersome countertop accessories. Matching 17y/o cabinets was beyond easy. Custom cabinet maker or re-face everything to match. Oh No! Staff member took our phone call and found what we were looking for in a cheaper option. Still ALL WOOD! Not that particle board stuff they do not carry. We went in 2 days later and were immediately shown to 3 in stock. She cut open boxes until she found one without any imperfections. Paid for it. Offered a military discount. Now we have 3 weeks for the contractor to pick it up. Ordered the roll out shelves. It’s going to be a fine appliance garage.

If I could give zero stars honestly I would, we bought two doors not knowing they were damaged and tried to get them replaced not even 24 hours later. The customer service was absolutely awful and straight out called us liars. The west broad and the Dublin Granville Road locations are definitely awful. I will be leaving a bad review with the Better Business Bureau. The only way it will be resolved as if this circumstance is rectified. Whoever we dealt with at the Dublin Granville location, short woman was absolutely awful to us. Receipt in hand and obviously do to some other circumstance outside of us. Since we had purchased 5 doors and only two of them had damaged. Disgusting business operations. Pay the little bit of extra money if your looking to purchase from here and go to Menards/Lowes/Home Depot. Definitely do NOT...

I was blown away by the customer service here. The third person who asked if I needed any help I finally told I'm just doing some research for building a home. He dropped everything and walked me around the entire store answering questions and providing information about products I didn't even think I ask about.
