Mama Mimi's Take 'N Bake Pizza - Henderson - Columbus, OH — Local services in Columbus

I'm a tried and true Mama Mimi's lover. I've been going to the one on High Street for years- and I've been to this one on Henderson a couple of times. Before leaving a review. I'd like to get a couple visits under my belt and I can confidently say that If I'm ordering from this location going forward it is solely because I do not have the extra couple minutes to go to High Street. The level of customer service was abysmal, from me calling and placing the order to walking out the door From picking up. The man there seemed irritated of my presence and I said "Hello. How's your day?" I got no response. He went over to the checkout kiosk, told me my total, took my card, handed it back and flipped it around and just walked away- No have a good day. No your food's over there on that table. Nothing. So I'm standing there waiting for him, and I walked to the other end and I asked him it was what is on the table is mine and he gestured at it. To say the least, this deviates from the experience that I've had at the other locations...

I stopped here and picked up a PAI pizza that is thinking that how can this be any different than something frozen in a supermarket. Well I’m here to tell you it was awesome I’m glad I made the trip and I wish I had posted this review sooner and I wish I had known about this place sooner it’s great.

It’s a real small strip mall down on old Henderson Road but if you take the time you’ll be glad that you dropped in there it’s something different you can make it at home with your family I take that back you can heat it up at home with your family and make it there.

This place runs on a concept I would’ve never thought of but it seems they seem to have a decent amount of business in their impeccably clean courteous friendly and just delicious all around.

Possibly my favorite pizza place of all-time. The pizza is fantastic - my wife and I love the Lorenzo's Ragin' Cajun and the Chicken Pesto Parm. We go through phases so at one point or another, we have tried all of their specials.

The Tiramisu is incredible... my wife has asked me to stop in and pick-up a couple orders of it without getting anything else because it's THAT GOOD!

The staff has always been really nice and polite. It's really nice (and rare) to go to a place anymore and get that kind of service and respect.

One (small) caveat/gripe - they do not accept Amex (leave home without it). I believe they used to accept AmEx, so make sure you have cash or another card brand when you...
