If i could give them more than 5 stars i would! We had originally bought a bed from slumberland, but our mattress wouldn't arrive for 3 to 4 weeks. 4 weeks later we called them and turns out our mattress wouldn't be in for another 6 weeks. So we popped in to Greiners just to see what they had, thinking maybe we would cancel our order and order through these guys. I didn't catch his name but on the receipt it looks like his name is Ken, he was the friendliest man. He made us feel welcome and he treated us like more than just customers. We told him our issue and he went UP AND BEYOND to make us happy and fix Slumberland's problem. He certainly didn't have to but he cares so much for his customers. He didn't care about making a profit, he just wanted to see us happy. We are incredibly grateful to him. We will go to him for all of our furniture needs and i will sing their name from the rooftop!
