Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

Lately when I order it is not quite what I expected from what it looks like on TV or on the menu, I was there a couple days ago and ordered what they have been showing on tv so I was excited to try it showed a wrap and tacos that looked puffy and shredded beef with lettuce and tomato so I ordered 2 of those took them home to eat but when I opened the sack I was shocked to see that they both were flat and really greasy it looked like someone took a rolling pin and rolled them flat the shredded beef did not look anything like on TV I couldn't see any lettuce or tomatos it was so flat I couldn't open it to see if anything else was in there like on TV. I had to get extra paper towels because they were so greasy. I should have taken them back or called or took a picture but I didn't cause I already made my mind up never to go back. I don't know if they did that on purpose or what either way it...

Went through the drive-thru... I ordered the big grilled burrito with steak, cheese, rice, etc. And also an order of their cheesy potato bites. My friend asked about regular tacos, he asked (not in the best way) if there were any two-taco or three as a deal options. But he asked "How many can you get?" and the girl taking our order, rightfully puzzled by that question answered "Umm.... You could get a couple" -- so once he was finished being more confusing than he needed to be, we had our food in like a minute. Quite fast. I didn't pay attention to how many he got, because I got "a couple" myself. Not charged for it, but I got two burritos and two orders of the cheesy potatoes by mistake. I would gladly drive the hour and a half and pass by every Taco Bell I saw, just to go to this one again. And of course, the food was awesome....

I just went to our local Taco Bell, waited behind 3 cars before I got to the speaker. Was informed that I couldn't place an order at the speaker. I would of had to place online or use door dash! I then had to wait in line for another 20 minutes before getting to the window. Where I asked to speak to a manager, I asked if he thought it was fair that I had to wait in line? The moron said its just 2 of us we cant keep up. He asked what could we do? I replied how a freaking sign? Wow that blew his mind! Ive dealt with a lot of stupid stuff but this by far was the stupidest thing Ive ever been a part of, congratulations! Too busy to put pre-cooked meat on a tortilla and roll it up, you gotta be kidding me! SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THIS MAKES SENSE? I guarantee no answer from any manager on this one!
