If I could give 0 stars I would!! Don't come to this place if you are a minority or you will be racial profiled and treated poorly! We came for our loved ones birthday party and were told by the manager we had to wait to secure lanes because 2 parties weren't present and proceeded to patronize me when I told her she was being rude & harassing?! Mind you I called ahead to reserve and was advised it wasn't necessary as it wasn't a busy night. The food was terrible nor worth the high price and the service was more terrible! We were stared at by employees and harassed the entire stay. We don't recommend this place as they aren't friendly and don't care about family events and terrible all the way around! We won't be back!! Run away from this place! I don't ever write reviews but this was necessary. Shame on you for replying back in such a sarcastic manner. I see who they learned their rude behaviors from. Sir, you're the one who has to solicit business to Groupon to get more customers, how dare you try to patronize me by responding in that manner. "We don't make reservations for a Groupon" how dare you! My husband spent over $100 at your business after the coupon. We are Groupon customers to try out businesses for an experience to return as a customer if enjoyable and pleasant. And your business did not have these qualities and will not prosper with that attitude and demeanor! You reap what you sow! Don't ever try to talk down to me, what you think you have will be only a memory in due time. It's clearly already suffering. I'm sorry you were lied to about the situation. If you'd reached out to me to talk prior to making a patronizing remark, we'd maybe gotten past this and I'd try to give you the benefit of a doubt. Customers are always right! If you see something against your policy, you approach customers with respect as they are spending their hard earned money and don't have to. Let it be a lesson to you to treat people the way you want...

He usually goes to the one in Cleveland but sense he was in Columbus we thought it would be a good idea to go to Sequoia. So some members of his family came down inculding his mother and grandmother We read some of the reviews and thought it would be a good place to bowl, however upon arriving there it was a little busy, which we didn't mind since it was on a Saturday. After the family was done it was are turn he asked us how many we told him, as we were talking his mother said someone wasn't playing so we had to adjust the bill since we wanted to split it. The guy behind the counter was visably upset since we been going back and forth about how was paying, all of a sundden he said a rude as possable "let me know when you make up your mind, then yelled NEXT....NEXT I said to him he was being rude all we wanted to do was play, His mother and I decided to take are party else where we didn't feel welcomed here at all. Read moreThis review is ONLY regarding the Singerz Pro Shop (The pro shop when you first walk in).
My dad decided to surprise me with a bowling ball for my birthday and, though it was an older ball, I was still very appreciative and excited to get it drilled to my hand specifications. First off, the Pro Shop is tiny. That should have been my first warning that the operation would be sub-par. But I proceeded and wanted to give Rod a chance.
When I showed the Rod the ball, he made fun of it because it was a couple years old. He also badgered me the entire time because I didn't buy a ball from his shop. Typical case of a small man, with a small job who, just because he knows more about bowling than the average person, feels like he can go on a power trip and be condescending in his little hole-in-the-wall shop.
I won't lower myself to call this man the names he deserves to be called, but the last I heard, the customer comes first and deserves respect.
I could have let all of that go, had Rod Singerz actually drilled my ball correctly. When I first tried my ball out, the thumb hole was so incorrectly drilled that my thumb stuck. Just an overall waste of money, time and interaction with an unpleasant, little man. Taking my Pro shop...
