International Delicious Kitchen — Restaurant in Columbus

I love trying authentic ethnic restaurants around the city, so I was excited to try food from Sierra Leone. The plantains and banana bread rice cakes were delicious! However, there are some definite areas that need to improve. The AC was broken when we went, and the thermostat read 83 degrees, which was very uncomfortable. There are no signs to warn customers before they choose to dine-in and no one working here commented on it/apologized, so no idea when/if it’ll be fixed. The menu doesn’t have entree prices, so when it rang up, I was shocked how expensive everything was. $20 for chicken and rice, and the rice tasted prepackaged with definitely frozen veggies (the square carrots and peas). Tonight was the first night my husband and I have ever experienced African food. Everything from the time we walked in until the time we walked out was an experience in and of itself.. and an INCREDIBLE one. We haven’t stopped talking about how it’s truly one of thee best meals we have ever eat in our lives.. the staff was incredible and so welcoming and nice even when we got there 30 minutes before.. we want to just go back just To hug them all… we will definitely be back and cannot...

The food is amazingly delicious 😋 😍. I enjoyed it so much. The was a misunderstanding with my food, but they handled it so well. The young man out front was very professional and understanding. This is one of the best dining area I have seen in Columbus for African restaurant. I would recommend any one looking for good delicious meal. It is quality food and quantity.
