This was our 2nd time visiting the Salt cave and the experience couldn't have been worse. We were yelled at by other customers for arriving 5 min early vs 15. When asked if we could switch our cave session to avoid the other negative customer we were brushed off. Of course that was going to set the tone. Paying for an ultimate package our spouses were placed on the standard massaging pad nothing special at all since there were only 2 acoustic vibrating pads. I spent close to 100 in crystals the first visit in addition to the ultimate package and one of the crystals was a jasper sphere which was displayed on a ring. I handed the ring with the sphere for my pile to purchase and when I got home couldnt find the ring but knew i was going to visit again for my bday so would just mention the ring didn't make it to my bag. I was told to buy my own ring. Who sells a sphere that can only be displayed on a ring without the ring or telling me I would need a ring. It's sitting on my couch for now till I can order my own ring. Overall the experience was horrible and my monthly 4 hrs round trip will never happen again. I will never bring any of my family or friends nor will I ever recommend it. 100% I believe in crystals and salt caves and am a reiki master but the fact the owners stood by and allowed a customer to yell at another customer AND then force us all in 1 cave they crammed 7 people in, they don't change out the blankets nor the ionic foot bath machine it was still sitting in everyone else's foot scum visibly seen in the container and yeah spending 300 doesn't earn you a 5 $ sphere ring, I will never ever be back! There are plenty of people providing this service to help people and not to...
Read moreHad a really nice visit here with 3 friends on a Sunday afternoon. We were all newbies and had no idea what to expect, but we arrived and were given clear instructions, put our items in the lockers, and got settled into the room on time. The experience was very relaxing, you could feel your sinuses clearing within minutes! The chairs are zero-gravity chairs that lock into place so very easy to find a comfortable position. I took an amazing 35ish minute nap and woke up feeling great.
My only gripe is they provide you with a comfy blanket to use during your experience (which made it really nice!). At the end of your experience, they ask you to fold the blanket and put it back in the chair, meaning I just laid under a blanket for 45 minutes that EVERYONE has used that day, and maybe prior days? In this age of COVID, we should be provided a fresh and clean blanket, and the chairs be wiped down. I did not see any sort of cleaning happening between groups and to me that's a buzzkill for the experience. Next time, I will likely request a clean blanket upon check in.
Also, I used their restroom, and I am hoping this is a one time thing, but it was disgusting. The rest of the facility appeared clean, but I'd say detailed cleaning isnt a...
Read moreThe cave itself is awesome and I went there twice..overlooking that the first time I went with my boyfriend and three people came late and we're still able to enter the cave just after our introduction was done and it was time to relax. So that threw everything off for the ones of us that were on time..BUT I overlooked it and went again..mind u this time it was for my mother's birthday and I had at least a cpl conversations on the phone with the owner she made a 4:00 apt for us bcuz we discussed the 12:00 apt and she was putting 8 people in the room SHE said "oh it's your mom's birthday family is important" I will give you guys a 4:00 appointment and I won't put ANYONE else in the room...Well the story goes on with other scheduling mishaps but the final outcome was she scheduled 9 people for the 4:00 one that was suppose to be for my mother and sisters..so we had four other people jammed into the cave with us RIDICULOUS!!!! Also an alarm was beeping while we were in the room and after that I never heard anymore salt being infused into the air....very disappointed. We tried to discuss it with the owner and she acted like it was not a big deal....really..I guess "Family isn't more important then...
