Does not deserve even one star. Worse experience ever. I placed an online order. I arrived and stood in front of the counter for a few minutes. Someone came up and put food on the counter and walked away. Then I saw the cashier walk behind me, getting a cup of soda at the fountain. I asked if this was my order and she did not say nothing and walked back into the kitchen drinking her soda. A woman in a black coat walked by, looked like the manager. I asked if this was my order and she said you can check it yourself and walked off. I was in my work uniform and I beleive I heard them saying to the other members that they do like my company, which is a big bank. So I checked the order as much as a could because I ordered a big order for my coworkers but did not want to touch it. I was missing half of my order and some was incorrect. Like one meal was special order and it says on the Taco Bell app about the items that was not suppose to be on the meal since they are allergic. The woman that looked like the manager said there is nothing they can do since their screen says normal. I showed them the app/recipient and she said well that is wrong and walked off. I said I need these items fixed so it is correct for my big order. She made a mean face to me and talked to her coworkers in the back and when it was complete, she threw it on the counter and walked off. She said it was correct. So when I arrived back to work which was 45 minutes later, my whole order was cold and of course the meals that were supposedly to be correct said the woman in Taco Bell, was wrong. My coworkers did their best to eat the food and accommodate it, but I knew they was not happy. This is not the first, but is the worst feeling I had spending my money at Taco Bell, which I will not return. They need to accommodate me or do something to make us want to choose Taco Bell...
   Read moreThey offer breakfast, but there's no posted breakfast menu. They listed a few things, but what they told me wasn't exactly correct when I got to the window. They gave me my food, but asked me to pull up for my coffee, but I said I'd wait. I know there's a time clock on how long cars are supposed to be at the window, but the entire point is to track how long it takes, not to lie by making customers pull forward or in this case around the building to their other door. I did it as requested last time I was there, but the way the parking lot is, it's much more inconvenient to drive around. They offered to refund my coffee, which I accepted, but they gave me less money than they charged me. When I showed them my original receipt as proof, they took it and ended up refunding the whole order (still short $) and asked for the food back, and refused to give me back my receipt. The employees were filming the situation with their cell phones, and the man I was talking with mostly, didn't wear a mask to cover his mouth and nose at any point during this interaction. We both called the cops because I refused to leave, and he refused to give me back my receipts for the purchase and the refund. I wish it didn't have to come to that. The cop said it was a civil matter, not a criminal one, and I needed to take it up with their corporate office. They open...
   Read moreI was in this location 8/20 (evening). One lady that was working (African American with long braids) was so patient & reassured everyone that she would be right with them. She was making the food by herself and taking orders by herselfâŠ.kudos to her because I can tell she was stressed but did not stop her from doing her job. She deserves a RAISE! Sheâs the only reason I gave this location 3 stars. Now, my issue is with the gentlemen who was working with her complaining and cussing LOUDLY. He walked out on her (i assume for a break) and came back in to complain even more. I came back to this location to order myself food and once i pulled up he locked the door saying the lobby was closed. However, two people were still inside and went behind the counterâŠi take it the two people waiting in the lobby works there? But they thought it was okay to go in the back where food is prepared without anything on their head? Isnât that some type of violation? Im sure the health department would love to come and randomly seem for themselves. Anywho to the young lady that works there, well done and find a better job.
