Terrible experience. So went in with issue with phone not working and to look at smart watches. Was told that I have 150.00 off of galaxy 2 and that watches are BOGO so could get both watches for around $290.00. Decided to buy son and daughter new phone since they were BOGO as well. Only good thing that was done was that Jake drove to Seymour to get us phone my daughter wanted. I told sales person that I did not want to upgrade the line that I already had but of course to get BOGO that line had to go back on 2 year plan. So I bought both phones and watches. The next day I called Verizon and was told that the watches were only 300.00 off of 2nd watch which really isn't BOGO since they really dont have any watches that are that price. So was gonna have to pay full price for the first one and then pay 150.00 for the second one. So I took watches back and was told that the activation fees would be canceled for each one but then I called Verizon and they said that since it had been past 5 days (I bought at 8 p.m. on Saturday and took back Wednesday morning and apparently you only have 3 days being told after the fact) then I would be charged the activation fees.After spending a large amount of time on the phone again (after spending total of 3 to 4 hours previously dealing with all this) they finally said they could take one activation fee off and give me 20.00 credit on my bill. So long story short, I bought two phones and two watches had to pay 160.00 in activation fees and now I still have two phones but no watches and still have to pay 100.00 in activation fees..all because everything wasn't comunicated by...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate from my original review of this store: it has now been 5 months since I have had Verizon, and I have yet to receive a bill that is anywhere near the estimate I was given. My husband and I were told by Angie that when we purchased our phones and turned in our old galaxy phones we would each receive a $600 dollar credit towards the cost of our new iphones. The credit was never applied to our account, and our bill is now $90 more than the estimate. Iāve been to this store 3 different times now, never seeing the manager, speaking to the manager, or even having an associate try to call her while I was in the store. Each time they have taken my phone number and said they were going to have Angie fix it, and even after her admitting she made a mistake, she still never fixed the issue. I gave them my old phone with texts from my deceased father and grandfather for free, and I can never get it back. Iāve spoken to Verizon, and 5 other associates at this store, and not a single one has fixed the issue they created and admitted to creating. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy initial visit was yestetday to switch to Verizon from a previous server and was treated with top notch service from Kamal. I can honestly say that I was 110% satisfied with Verizon but had to return to continue the transfering process from old to new. I arrived at opening time to discover that Kamal was not in yet but "Ashley" was.. This is wear the 5 stars suddenly dropped to one. Asley was quite busy on her laptop that just raising her head to greet her first customer seemed difficult to her. As I began to fill her in on the details of the day before and I was there to complete the process, she was quick to tell me that I could do all that myself online.. I then told her that I was told to come IN to complete the process. She went on to tell me that she would rather not get into Kamal's account and she wont be in for another hour. I took the "hint" and left the store. It was quite obvious that Ashley had not yet had her coffee or just didnt want to be there.. Hopefully Kamal will come in today or no deal...
