Culver’s — Restaurant in Columbus

I stopped by after working all day, hoping to get dinner before I had to pick my son up from school. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 4 chicken tenders and onion rings. I waited 22 minutes on my food, and not because they were short staffed, or extremely busy. At one point there was 3 employees in the kitchen and 8 employ standing up front talking with each other and a visiting with a customer. When I FINALLY recieved my "FAST" food, and went to my car, I checked my bag. I realized that they only had one sandwich and onion rings in it. I had to walk back inside and wait another 10 minutes on the rest of my $35 order. All the while I watched grilled, fried, and frozen items going out to the drive through, to curbside pickups, and to the dining area. I was not impressed. They obviously misplaced or completely forgot my ticket. I understand that they just opened, and all their employees are new, but, I have worked as a cook before, both fast food and in a restaurant, and I know it doesn't take 32 minutes to fry chicken and onion rings. This was my worst experience at Culver's. I seriously doubt I revisit this location again, or...

We went for dinner tonight and had a not so great experience. We ordered a cod and a walleye dinner. They give us our order and there was only one fish dinner. I go to the counter and the person fixing food says there wasn't a walleye dinner... umm.. my receipt says differently. The manager comes over and the food attendant pushes her a fish dinner and she tells her that's cod not walleye. I'm over it at this point and said I'll just take the cod. The cod pieces were so tiny. It didn't used to be that way. I say something and the manager just looks at me like and?? Seriously horrible customer service. She should have gave me my meal for free for both reasons. Also, when ringing up the order the cashier was putting my sons combo meal in as separate items instead of a combo and I had to ask her to fix that. The fries were cold. They've changed rolls. This place is definitely not worth spending $45. Culver's has went...

So mad just left here spent almost thirty bucks! It was $28 and something to be precise all I asked for was a regular BLT the lady said just bacon lettuce and tomato I said yes please I said go ahead and give me another one just with no lettuce some french fries a large root beer a cup of steamed broccoli. They gave me some toasted bread with one piece of bacon on it on everything I love! And another toasted bread with like four pieces of bacon in it no tomato no lettuce or neither and didn't even give me the french fries! So I basically paid 30 bucks 4 cup of broccoli that wasn't even one-third full and some toasted bread five pieces of bacon total!! I don't understand how you can mess up almost everything on an order. Just too much mess up!! But I should have looked at it for I left cuz I live in Edinburgh and I'm home and don't even feel like going back as...
