Panda Express — Restaurant in Columbus

Panda Express strikes again…

I went to a Panda Express in South Bend 5 years ago for work and had such a bad experience I hadn’t been to one since. Again, while traveling for work I figured I would give it a try as it was less than a mile from my hotel.

I’ll give some credit where credit is due as the food I got was decent(the only reason they got 2 stars on food), however, I would have liked the food I ordered. I also would have like to have not been shorted the food I ordered and paid for (stuff missing and they served me the wrong food in case that wasn’t clear).

Next time I’ll pass on by and head on down to City Wok for some City Chicken or City Beef so I don’t have to be a sad panda.

Went here 2 days ago the lady in drive made me wait after a couple minutes this boy jumped on the mic and started taking my order til we was rudely interrupted by that girl it got to the point she pretty much refused to stay off the mic I eventually get up to the window to find out her name on her tag is peach haile peach I dealt with here in another fast food drive through before she tried flirting with me til she realized my son's mom was in my front seat ya all need to do something about this employee for 1 she rudely interrupt that guy helping me and for 2 I'm not trying get chewed out by my kids mom cause that girl feels the need to flirt with every man that comes through drive thru I worked with her at another store once that why she got fired in...

Food is decent when they plan ahead of time accordingly. Fair price for the amount of food you get. The only issue recently is the wait time for orange chicken. They need to cook more of it consistently or add another spot on the counter as I'm always waiting on it. (Update 9/1/24 - they have been on point of orange chicken the last few months ! Not a single wait !The restaurant is clean, the fountian drinks are done right (not a stupid freestyle machine ) it's a true fountian drink. You can definitely tell who ever has been managing this store the past year or so, knows there stuff. This panda was so bad at one point it was a 45 minute wait for food In the drive thru with only 2 cars in the drive thru. It's 360 degree different then previous. Kuddos...
