If I could possibly give a negative review I would. Decided to go to dinner with the family and Buffalo Wild Wings was the choice this time, and honestly, we should’ve known better. When our food finally came out, literally all of it was cold. Not room temperature, but COLD. When we brought this to our servers attention, she immediately went to get the manager. She then returned and stated that the manager told her she was too busy in the kitchen, and that there was nothing that could be done. We told her that that was unacceptable and demanded to speak with a manager. She once again returned to our table, but this time she said that the manager said: “that if they want to make a complaint that they could call this number after hours and leave a review”. We never even bothered to mention the hair I found in my wings. We paid our bill in full, despite eating none of our food, and walked up to another manager as we were leaving to voice our discrepancies. That manager had just got there and and offered money out of his own wallet to make up for it to which I declined. Honestly just so dumbfounded how a manager who is the face of the restaurant couldn’t possible be bothered with the complaint. Our poor server was so embarrassed at the behavior of her manager just as we were. I informed her I myself would not work under someone who possibly ran a business that way. Poor thing said she drives an hour to work everyday. We tipped her well but we will never ever be back.wish I could post a picture of...
Read moreOur waitress was awesome!! The manager Kirsten, on the other hand was not so awesome! My son had ordered a burger with 6 wings for a dollar. When he walked in the outside window had a poster advertising "buy one burger get 6 wings for $1" our waitress was very apologetic and told us that the promotion had ended but that she would talk to her manager, since the poster was still up on the window as you walked in . The manager Kirsten, came to our table to tell us that she'd be taking the poster down now but that the discount was no longer in the system and that the only thing that she could do for us would be to give us the wings for free and that would reflect on her. I have worked in several restaurants in my day and I work in retail presently. If I left up a poster without dates on it or had a price tag left on product and forgot to change it or as "manager" didn't notice that the poster was still up at the entrance of my business ( no matter if I told "them", to take all the posters down) the fact of the matter is that Kirsten should have honored what was posted. Instead she came to our table with a non apologetic apology she was snide and condescending and offered us no concessions for her mistake. We have patronized this establishment through the pandemic when they were grossly short handed never complained !! Once again our waitress was great!! But Kristen needs some lessons in customer service as well as some...
Read moreMy family and I tried to eat here on Sunday. We walked in around 9:15pm after working outside all day. We were dressed in old clothes as we had been painting. The stated hours for the restaurant tonight shows that they are open until 11 pm. The sign said "please wait to be seated". There were quite a few people in the bar, but hardly anyone in the family section. There were two servers from that section who walked past us on multiple occasions avoiding eye contact. There were also two servers from the bar section who walked by and said nothing. The carry out person also saw us waiting but said nothing. People came in and walked past us to the bar section and sat down but we have children under 21, so this was not an option for us. After waiting at least 5-10 minutes, I finally asked the next person who walked by what the problem was and if there was a manager working. She apologized and tried to help. (She had very short hair and was the most helpful one working!). She asked two servers who both basically refused to seat us. After a few more awkward minutes, she offered us a seat right by the front door that currently had multiple buckets of silverware on it. At that time, we decided to leave. Again this woman apologized and tried to help but we were worried that the service here would continue...
