Stayed at a nearby hotel and Jaggers was suggested to us. My son and I walked across the parking lot and went inside. We were told it was owned by Texas Roadhouse. Think Texas Roadhouse as a fastfood place. Burgers, salads, chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, sweets and shakes.

We walked up to the counter and ordered a 6pc tender with gravy and mushroom with swiss burger. They asked if we wanted to make it a meal with fries or tots and a drink for $3.99 more. We agreed since we needed a drink anyways. I didnt check the price difference but am curious how much the items were individually.

The order came to just under $27.

When we went to get our drinks there was no ice that came out. We tried both sides and nothing. When I mentioned the ice issue to the employee I was asked if I tried the other side. I proceeded to again try that side and stand there for about 30 seconds to prove there was no ice. Another employee grabbed my glass and filled it with ice from behind the counter.

When the food arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The burger was a double with a ton of shoestring fries. I was given 3 packets of ketchup on top of the fries. The chicken tenders were juicy and the cheese was falling off the burger from the hot temperature. Quite nice! The burger was tasty and plentiful. Soft bun which they boast are homemade.

Back to the ice...every customer that came thru had to ask for ice. An employee came and poked a straw up inside to try to make it work but nothing when customers tried it.

Overall I was surprised at the great food and price. Service could have been a little better as several dirty tables and as slow as they were in the dining room, they could have been cleaned.

Side note, they do a heavy drive thru business.

Just please fix the ice machines in the...

I’m not one to usually write a review but I was shocked at how I was treated today. My husband and I were trying to find a quick lunch to grab while out when we realized we didn’t have our wallets. We pulled into the parking lot at jaggers and my husband just pulled in the front part of the building so he didn’t block the drive thru while I ran in to see if they had Tap Pay. When I saw that they do accept tap pay I messaged my husband and he took a sec to see my message but in the mean time I was approached by what seemed to be a manager based on his uniform. He asked if I needed something I replied with yes we will be ordering soon and I looked out the window to my husband. The manager begin to scold me stating “you can’t park there and you HAVE to move your vehicle. “ I started to reply confused why I was getting scolded and he again cut me off to tell me that it wasn’t a parking spot. He asked me if I was picking up an order in a rude tone and gave me a nasty look, I said “we weren’t parking there we were just seeing if you guys had tap pay” I then told him I wasn’t going to eat here and I walked out. I felt disrespected and should of asked for the managers name but I couldn’t believe I was treated that way. From the minute I walked in I wasn't greeted and then I was rudely asked if I needed something then the event that transpired just let me know I will not be...

On March 16th, 2023, I had the pleasure of dining at Jaggers and was thoroughly impressed by the serene and pristine atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant and welcoming dining experience.

After placing our order, the food was brought to our table in a timely manner, and the staff was attentive enough to come by and clear our trash. While the restaurant was not particularly busy upon our arrival, it quickly filled up, attesting to its popularity.

I ordered a grilled chicken patty with a fruit cup, and I must say it was deliciously satisfying. However, the side salad with chicken tenders could have been better. The portion was somewhat dry, and the dressing was lacking, but the chicken tenders were a real treat.

We also ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which was cooked to perfection, and the bacon was impeccably crisp. It was truly impressive. We also opted for 10 chicken tenders, which were moist and lightly breaded with a subtle kick of spices. It was delightful.

Overall, I had a delightful dining experience at Jaggers, and I would certainly visit again. The food was delicious, the staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere was serene and clean. Thank you, Jaggers, for an enjoyable...

I had to have a late lunch today, so I decided to go here. I went to the drive-thru and told the staff member that I liked both the mushroom and Swiss burger and the green chile. I asked him to decide for me, as I was exhausted and couldn’t make up my mind. The staff member had a great idea of combining the two burger’s fixings into one. What a great suggestion and I went with that. I complemented his efforts as well. I ordered it as a combo meal. Then comes the total of just under $16. The burger is $8.29 alone. I then asked why the drink and fries added almost $8. I was then told that I was charged for the Swiss cheese and mushrooms. I initially thought it was like 5 Guys and fixings were free. I understand why they would have to charge, but I’ve should’ve been told that in the beginning. The main complaint I have is what’s pictured, doesn’t look like an almost $16 meal. The other issue was how the sandwich completely fell apart after two bites. I understand how costs have gone up lately, but “C’Mon Man!” Have the meal at least look like an almost $16 meal!
