Floyd's Gaming is not as legit as everyone thinks oh don't get me wrong as long as you're losing then everything is fine but if you win too much they'll do what ever they have to not to pay you! Everything I'm saying is the gods honest truth! I've been playing games religiously at the Gatesvillee location since day one and consistently I have lost the entire time! Well about a month ago I noticed they had some cash games that had a $20 bet on them so I'm already knowing you can't win the biggest prize if you don't bet the biggest bet so first machine I stick a $100 in and spin the reels three times and hit $2900! The very next day while I was redeeming I tried the next machine hit $2700 then I told my buddy what was happening and he hit for $3000 that day around 11am Floyd himself called me a cheater and said not one time in his 20 years in the business has he ever seen someone be so lucky and I had to be cheating and said they really wanted to ask me to leave and I said it's not anything I'm doing it's happening because your max bet is $20 and when you bet big you win big and then told him which machine was going to hit next. He waited until I left, stuck a $100 in the machine and hit for $3700! When I came back to tip the desk person everyone was over exited to tell me that he hit and I was right! He shook my hand apologizing for calling me a cheater and put $60 bux on river! To me that was blatantly a smack in the face! I just saved you 4000 dollars and my appreciation is $60 bux! That was some weak shit! About a week later I hit all 6 cash machines for $400 a piece back to back to back! Floyd's respectfully asked me to take it easy on them and request I not redeem on the cash games for a few weeks so they could recoup! So I wait 3 weeks play the same machines hit two of them for a combined total of $1700. They cash me out $1500! The next morning I come back to redeem and they give me my winnings but they are grumbling a little bit! So I ask the employee blatantly "is it okay for me to play" he says he hasn't been told anything specifically but he couldn't say for sure just go ahead and play and we'll see what happens 5 minutes and I hit for $800! The clerk immediately starts back trackin and calls Justin, Floyd's son who says unapologetically that I cannot redeem until June! So as long as I was losing it was ok for me to play but if I win anything then we got a problem!: Then the clerk asked me to leave which I adamantly refused! Then they called the cops and Gatesvillee PD showed up! The clerk tells the officer that he didn't like the way I talked to him and they criminally trespassed me! Then the clerk admitted to letting me play and the owners told the officer they would pay me in 4 weeks! I could not believe it why would you not want people to win sometimes, everyone can't lose all the time that's not right! Not just curious because I won but we're angry that I won and banned me from the property! If anyone else knows of them doing something like this to anyone else please contact me! I have hired an attorney who has guaranteed me a sure win in court just on the premise of the law that allows Floyd to conduct business in this manor! The law specifically states that the service host can not retaliate against any winner! Gambling still isn't legal in Texas they get around the gambling by calling these games skill games where if you are good you can realistically stop the reels on a win every single spin!
