I had a nice experience working with Office Furniture Solutions. I did the orders (4 very nice desk chairs) through email to Jamie. She was very quick to respond and the chairs arrived very quickly (2 to 4 days) to our Northern Michigan hotel. I was happy with all of the ordering and delivering service.

In regards to the chairs, we REALLY like them. In the past 6 years, I have ordered a variety of chairs for my hotel staff to use in our offices. Everything from super-high-end commercial chairs to cheap Walmart chairs. They all have trouble holding up to the daily use a hotel puts them through (hotel furniture is constantly moved, shuffled, and used by numerous people every day). We noticed a few things right away - they are very sturdy for a seemingly simple chair. They also have the best wheels I have ever experienced on a desk chair. And they are very comfortable.

I'm happy Jamie led me to these chairs and helped us make this office-furniture buying process stress-free and on target!

I have worked with Office furniture Solutions for the last 3 moves as our company has grown over our 11.5 years in business. Each time we worked with their designers to coordinate our solution, it has been very impactful and a great result. We started small with our first order, using mostly used(or refurbished that looked basically new). They utilized new fabric, using existing trim, and made it first class. Our second move was mostly new and a few pieces that were coordinated to the look and feel that we wanted. Our most recent move in February of 2015 was our best design and space planning yet! It was 8,000 square feet and a large project to make all of our different departments work in harmony. I am the first person to be skeptical about things being promised: however they really made me a believer.It is very comforting to talk with their current(very successful)clients and see the solution that they provided them. Very poor customer service. We received our quote nearly a month after we were told we would (June 15th/July 10th). During this time we did not receive any communication to explain about what was going on and our calls, texts and emails went unanswered. When we finally did hear back there was little detail provided about what we were actually going to be delivered. The first shipment of furniture was then delivered over a week after the delivery commitment date (July 16th/July 24th). It has been several additional weeks and we still have not received our complete order of furniture. The service provided is equivalent to the price. If you are looking for cheap furniture with extremely unreliable service, this is your place. If you would like to be a valued customer, you are probably better off...
