BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

Biggby coffee is a small independent company with dozens of franchiseholders around Metro Detroit who independently own and operate their locations. The high school kids that work there do a reasonable job of delivering decent hot & cold/frozen coffee drinks in a variety of flavors. This is a place that has minimal food (muffins & cookies) & atmosphere. I presume that they have WiFi as I see people on their laptops.

I ordered a large Peppermint Mocha Latte, frozen, approximately 24 Oz. My bill came to $7.94, which is on par with a venti Starbucks. I find that the coffee is not as strong as their competitor, but it is smooth.

Coffee drinks aside, this chain needs to offer more pastries (like Dunkin) or higher quality...

I gave them a try….Horrible experience. They don’t know how to make coffee. Ordered 2 cappuccinos to go, We received lattes instead (soo much more milk!). When we called to share our concerns, the “mgr on duty” was extremely rude, cocky, and ignorant. He refused to let us speak to a store manager, or provide any other assistance, and insulted us on top of everything! I reached out to the store & corporate to give them the opportunity to fix this, but they refused to offer a fair resolution, even after they agreed with me. I regret giving...

I'm getting really irritated with biggby. I come here for the bragels and NOBODY makes them the same. Why anyone would think someone wants a warmed up bagel with cold meat and cold cheese on it?! Is it not supposed to be heated entirely? I mean if it's supposed to be cold at least make a disclaimer that it's not a hot breakfast sandwich.
