So disappointed with this place this Christmas I was in their store Around the 12th of December. When waiting my turn to go inside the "room" When a gentleman from Bazonzos started to explain their fundraising efforts ("secret Santa") for local families The gentleman explained that gifts would be accepted for and distributed to some local families I decided to take two of the tags off of the tree and buys Christmas presents for a boy and girl. Asking for help from that same gentleman, he chose a tag with a boy and girl noted. Not until I got home and could examine what/who I had chosen, did I realize I had chosen ornament/tags that had an entire family with 7 children. Oh boy, now what! My wife and I decided to go ahead and purchase gifts for all of the children on the tags of what was none as the "Gingerbread family" We spent the better part of the next weekend going to stores so we could buy all of the things that the children had asked for. Their needed items as well as their 1 wanted item. Each child, ranging in ages from 8 to 17 got Hoodies and sweats, socks, shoes, bedding, and hygiene items for the older ones. My wife had gone on the website to see about details and time frame. She also saw that for each gift purchased, that purchasers would receive a ticket for a drawing held at the store for gift cards ranging from $500 $250 and $150 We purchased 37 gifts for this family (hundreds of $) And were happy to do it!!! When I came back to Bazonzos to bring in the gifts I was shocked to have the manager tell me that we would only receive 7 raffle tickets, one for each child. I was taken-a-back! I tried to reason with the manager but was told "this fundraiser wasn't designed to give you/me an exaggerated number of tickets to win a prize! "Take it or leave it" WOW Now I have a choice. Take the gifts we purchased specifically for each child's age and gender or leave them so they could enjoy Christmas morning. I accepted the 7 tickets, put them in the raffle box and left the store. I hope Ryan and/or Anthony, the owners of the store, who would NOT answer my phone calls chokes when they read thisreview. Daytime shift people are great I'm in and out of there fast, no issues, when there's more than three people in the lobby their walkie-talkieing the people in the back telling them how many there are waiting just really on top of it. Came in this evening and there were so many people in the waiting room. I'm thinking they're busy as hell in the back. Nope not at all when I went to the back, there was not one other customer back there with me. I am there literally just about every single day of the week except for Saturday and Sundays. And every day I usually get the same thing a couple weeks ago I went in there and got a free infused pre-roll with the infused pre-roll that I bought. I didn't realize that promotion was still going on until today this evening the second time I went there today the man gave me a free infused free pre-roll with the pre-rolls that I bought and I said to him, "oh is that promotion still going on?"and he said yeah I said oh I didn't know because I came in earlier and got an infused pre-roll and I didn't get a free one and then I told him that I came in yesterday and I didn't get a free one then either and the time before that but I told him I wasn't tripping about it but he said I'll go ask the manager if you we can give them to you.. I didn't ask for them I wasn't trying to get anything free the guy offered to give me the last three that were supposed to come to me but the manager looked at me and was like she can get two. Like wow really I'm not even the one that asked for anything the guy offered them to me when I just asked if the promotion was still going on because I haven't been getting the free infused pre-roll. Like for real what made you come up with the two when the guy came at you and said for at least the last three times I had been there I hadn't been getting the free infused pre-roll. I literally go there Monday through Friday just about every single day. Like I told the guy I don't want anyone to get in trouble I truly like the people there in the morning and early afternoon. And I believe it was just an honest mistake forgetting a pre-roll. My issue is with the manager and how the co-worker was trying to remedy the situation and get those for me for the last 3 times (which I could almost guarantee it's been more times than that ) however the manager said nope she can only get 2. Read moresecond update we were able to get a refund from the owner, when we went in the salesman actually suggested we buy the weed that we came in to replace because its so dry and disgusting, they even have a warning sign on it now and we even told him that's what we were there to replace and he seriously said he would buy that oz amd he enjoys it from time to time which makes me feel like the company is just trying to get rid of bad product amd push it out which I find funny he said he enjoys it cause last time when we bought it and brought it back everyone claimed no one in the store had even seen the products. Not impressed with the staff or selection here. I don't feel as though I can trust this dispensary or their employees so sadly I won't be returning. update- contacted owner as requested and only got one reply from them which was basically hello what happened which was pretty quick after i sent my first email then radio silence, they do not care about theor customers We hopped in and bought a quick oz. Never had a bad experience at a dispensary before but we got home today and popped open the bag and this weed was rough, it was in a sealed bag you couldn't see and we have had dry weed before but never have I ever had brown dry weed that feels and tastes like it's been vaped or something before. Never in the years of smoking have I ever complained to a dispensary but this stuff I thought for sure had to be a mistake or bad batch or something. They basically told us sorry you buy what you buy and offered us 20% off of our next order which the girl at the counter said they give out 20% discounts amd coupons all the time and they never check the expiration date on the coupons so they basically gave us nothing and sent us on our way.
