I had an appointment scheduled for my shitzu, and I had other appointments that day that were very important. I called a day before to ask if I could drop off my shitzu 40 mins before, so it would be around 8:20 am. The girl that answered said it was not a big deal and to go ahead and do that. The next day, I was there knocking on the door and calling, and no one answered. I had to take my dog to my other appointments because it was too late to go back home. Then I got a call a little after at the scheduled appointment asking if I was gonna take my dog. I explained everything that happened and the girl said no one told her anything( ok that's fine) but then instead of trying to accommodate me one way or another she was unapologetic and just gave me another option the following month. Wish their communication would be different between them. Now they lost a customer. RESPONSE to owner since there is no option for that. By telling me that you open at 10 am, it seems like you either don't have communication with your staff and they scheduled me earlier without your knowledge or you are trying to make me seem like I'm lying. If you’re doing anything else other than self wash avoid this place. I made an appointment the day before and specifically asked if my dogs butt hairs would be trimmed with the sanitary trim, I was told yes over the phone as well as day of the appointment I paid $18 + a $3 tip to the groomer for my dog to be back there for no more than 3 minutes, as soon as we got home I noticed he had not been trimmed at all I called the store and was told I could take him back, however they were going to charge me again I told them how ridiculous that was and asked for a refund and was told no, the manager Leslie was very rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone on me before I could give her my full number to have the owner call me. The worst part about this experience is we have been to this location before and the groomer did an amazing job and included the butt hair trim in the sanitary trim, what else could you expect for $18 and 3 minutes of their time? This is my first and last time bringing my dog here. Before I made an appointment, I asked how much a full service grooming would be. I mentioned to the guy everything including teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and nail trimming. He said that it would be $48-$60 depending on the groomer's recommendation. I thought that's a good deal so I made the appointment. I brought my dog in today, and they said it will take 2 hours. They called me 2.5 hours later saying that my dog is ready to go. When I came back, they said that she's not done yet, so I had to wait for another 15 minutes there. And then when she's finally done, they said the total due was $91. I explained to them that I was given a different price when I made the appointment through phone call. They said that the price just changed on October 1st. But then I checked my call history and found out that I made the phone call on October 1st, and they did give me the wrong price.
