This is my regular Kings and I hate it. The employees are great but something's gotta give with management (also confirmed from employees). I've lived over here for a year now and it doesn't take an advanced degree to understand the size of the store, the average number of customers during the busiest times of the day, and staff accordingly. Or at least see you have 4 lines going literally halfway through the store and most of the registers are closed. That translates to about 30 yards or about 15+ mins in line.

Deli is usually pretty understaffed but the clerk's are pleasant and prompt. Offers home goods and clothing as well as a fuel center. Service desk isn't particularly helpful, was charged a "cleaning fee" on a rug Doctor I had rented that was far from clean when I received, so I'd avoid those. Otherwise a pretty...
