This is a VERY high volume location from what I’ve seen. Every time I pull in, there’s usually 2 other cars that pull in right behind, if not at the same time; the location is in a criminally underdeveloped area for how many people live around/pass through. Forget getting in and out to work/school/home on time during rush hour unless you want to come by right when they open or you have 30 minutes, there’s just that many people who come through this location. It’s clear that the amount of drive through traffic forces this location to prioritize the drive thru window, so expect walk up orders to take a moment unless they have someone specifically put on the walk up window when you come. The location/parking for walk-up at this spot sucks, anyways, but that’s not the staff’s fault.
One of the managers working has been at that stand busting her butt for YEARS and she is an absolute joy to see. The company itself has clearly gone more corporate over the past couple of years and the prices nowadays just aren’t realistic to be going as often as I’d like, but every time I go my order is correct and, regardless of my wait time, it’s never unreasonable, and I do leave happy. Kid swiped and charged my card 3 times and kept trying to swipe it stating it wasn't working yet I was getting notifications from my bank of multiple charges. Goes to tell his manager and their solution was to try swiping my card again. I showed them three times that my card was already charged. The manager steps in and just says they're going to give us our drinks on the house and refund us. Hello admitting they charged us already. As she's handing our drinks she throws attitude and states the guy outside said we treated him wrong and we should consider treating them better since they make minimum wage. 1. No one was rude to anyone up until she wants to throw attitude and say dumb stuff. 2. Making minimum wage sounds like a personal problem to me and it none of my concern as you chose to work there. I was charged 3 times and was not rude to anyone there even was nice to the girl trying to retake our order outside and the girl at the window. For my card being charged 3 times I was very calm. There's nothing but children working here that don't know how to treat people when they are the ones in the wrong. Read moreI'm a Dutch Bros fan, and since this location opened just down the road from me, I've been going here over the equally distanced Starbucks but... this morning, I was really disappointed to get in line at 6:30am and not leave with my drink until 6:50am. When I got to the window, the girl was friendly and wanted to talk, which most days I enjoy, but I had to get home so I could log in for work since it took so long to get to the window. She didn't have much urgency to get through the line, so when I got my coffee I said thank you and took off to get home just to realize I paid for a large and got a medium. My order has been messed up before, twice in one visit even and they were eager and quick to make it right so no biggie. But two visits in a row? Maybe focus on the line and correct orders first then the chatty service.
All that being said, I will still go back because the staff is fun and friendly, and the drinks are yummy. I want to see this location improve, which is why...
