Worst location I have ordered from. First off, I could not order online as the app does not let you chose Colorado as the state. Okay, not a big deal so we called in to place our order. Was told over the phone that it would take about 15 minutes from 6:50 p.m. I walked into the store to pick up my order, I gave him the name on my order and the worker who greeted me walked to the back right side of the store where I seen one pizza in a square box just sitting there on the counter in the back and then I watched him box up my deep dish pizza. I also ordered a crazy bread combo and Caesar wings. I live a mile & half away and when I got home all my food was room temperature. I called the store back to let them know and I automatically got told that it is because of my drive time home & he tried to guarantee that the warmers they use are at 160 degrees. I explained that the veggies (mushrooms, onions, and green bell peppers) on my deep dish weren’t even cooked into the pizza and visually looked like they were just throw on top after the pizza was cooked since they were still raw. I let him know that none of my food was in the warmer when I picked it up & it was as if my food was just sitting there until my deep dish pizza was ready. I did not get an apology or nothing. I am writing this review because Forrest B hung up on me and gave me the run around rather than trying to make things right. I believe he is the manager of this location. Forrest B is the name on the receipt. This place is a joke just like their customer service, worst $43.00 ever spent on pizza. Read moreOhhh my gosh. Every time I come here I always say I am never coming back. Then, I get hungry and decide to give them another chance. I am officially totally done with this location. The staff here are SUPER rude young girls with an attitude. They play loud rap music in the back, which apparently causes them hearing loss because this chick forgot my order. Literally.... she said it would be 8-10 minutes for things that should have been ready. Several customers came in after me, the entire lobby was filled up. People were standing everywhere. One girl came in to pick up her order and the girl at the counter said um, we don't have an order for you?? The customer was like well... why is my name on your screen? The girl was like ohhhh.. okay... I thought you said something else. Then we waited and waited and waited. No one was even up at the front addressing customers. New people would walk in and get mixed in with the customers who had already ordered, and no one knew what was who. Finally I weaved through the mass line of people and asked when my 2 pizzas would be ready, she was like oh, you were only needing 2 PEP's? I was like yeah... see my receipt here. She's like okay they are just coming out of the oven now. Then another worker handed 6 pizzas to someone who came in after me and I now had to wait for the next batch. I like Little Caesars since it’s the cheapest pizza, but one thing I’ve noticed is if they mess up on a delivery order and your missing items or they give you the wrong thing, their phone line/ help services are never available and you never can get things fixed unless you physically go to the restaurant yourself. I get that food service never treats their employees the best, but this has happened several times to me and something needs to change to be more accommodating to problems when they arise.
