Starbucks — Restaurant in Commerce City

This location is getting more and more frustrating with every time I visit. While the staff excels in friendliness, they lack in urgency. I have waited in a line (time and time again) with approximately 6 ppl in front of me and wait 10+ min. (Sometimes 20 min-this particular incident just occurred on 1/7/17 at 5:45 PM) while waiting for a cafe americano. While they can't control the capacity of customer flow, they can control their organization and this is where I think the problem stems from. They are constantly out of half and half, they Kroger carton is ALWAYS sitting out (is it really hard to stay on top of refilling the insulated canister?). The pastries are never stocked-unless you consider the barista digging in the grocery cart for your pasty stocked! They are out of stir sticks every other time I am there. It's just chaotic. Management NEEDS to step up. They are not representing King Soopers well but even more...

Walked in for a grande half dark/half pike at 12:15 pm today and was informed by the barista that dark roast not brewing after noon for cost savings measures. WHAT A FREAKIN JOKE. Awful location. They made my drink wrong and they also double charged me. Had to tell em after already paying. They won't put the money back on you card. They issued a gift card. I took a sip and threw it away. I definitely don't recommend. And will not be going to this location again. I wish I would of read the reviews first. Definitely seems as tho they are kinda just...
