I have purchased from Italo 2 times and both times I found that their communication was EXTREAMLY POOR after the purchase was made. Both times I ordered, I was to recieve my items within 10 days but this was not the case. Of course now I'm worried about being scammed and ripped off because there was no tracking number or delivery date and no communication was ever initiated by them. They were always quick to respond back to me and basically asked me to please be patient and wait. After a week or so I would contact them again and hear pretty much the same response. It was very frustrating because now I had been waiting over a month and they never initiated any communication with me or gave me any reassurances that they were working on my orders or were actually going to follow through with them... I expressed my concerns often and they offered me a free set of earrings valued at $100 for my inconvenience. After several more additional weeks they did finally come through and in both instances I recieved the items and the free earrings as well. So, why did I give 4 stars? Because both times, the items I ordered were stunningly beautiful and well packaged too! I would have loved to give them 5 stars but their lack of initiated communication on their part only stressed me out and never gave me the sense or feeling that I was dealing with a reputable company. I checked their BBB rating and they have had many complaints against them. Will I order again? Yes, but I will never dive in with any big money orders because they make me to nervous. I truly wish they would give a notice prior to purchasing that some orders could take an excessive amount of time and I wish they would have initiated correspondence with me every few days or so, to ease the pain. I MUST SAY THAT THE ITALO JEWELRY I PURCHASED HAS ALL BEEN STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL and for that reason alone I gave the 4 stars. They should put together a team that will reassure their buyers that they will recieve their jewelry. They could be 100 times more successful as a business...

The photos are beautiful but they can’t possible show the beauty and quality of the product in person. They are so well made and I have never had them turn in any way and their shine remains perfect over the years and never had a stone become loose like other companies I bought from before I found your company. Not only are your products of the best quality but your customer service is of the highest quality. I have never had a company pay such close detail to an order that they will take the time to contact me should there be any question as to my order (example when I purchased two of the same ring snd was contacted to make sure that was not an oversight on my part before they charged me for two of the same product) that attention to detail goes above and beyond any company I have ever dealt with when ordering online. Also, any time I have contacted customer service for any reason, my inquiry has been responded to within 24 hours and with this last order there was going to be a slight delay with the shipping so I was contacting letting me know there would be a slight delay, the reason for the delay and giving me the option of canceling my order if this would be an inconvenience to me, of course I was more than willing to wait on my purchase. I was also sent a sweet email letting me know that because of the inconvenience to me, a beautiful surprise gift would be included with my order. I think that is so very kind and professional of your company. Read more*BUYER BEWARE * THIS company is a scam! I ordered 3 different rings from this company! The first was without any issue, however for Christmas I purchased another ring for myself, (which looks nothing like the photos) and a ring for my mom. I gave mom hers early, around the 10th because it was my older brothers birthday. I was getting it for her to wear on her pinky, however she decided due to the size of the ring to wear it on her ring finger, it was too big for a pinky ring. So I emailed the company and explained what I wanted to do. They acted like no one has ever done an exchange before! Finally after over a week they decided I could return the size 5, pay an additional $20 and then get a size 8. I paid the $20, (which I still was unhappy with!) and awaited instructions. Then next thing I get is a credit back for $20!? I contacted the company again to find out what was going on, and they told me that they returned the $20 because I had filed a dispute!? Umm NO! Then Sophia (thier customer service agent) tells me I need to pay to send the exchange ring (size 5) back to them, re-pay the $20 and since I was unhappy they would give me "free shipping" for them to send me the new ring. (Size 8) ARE YOU SERIOUS!? This was a present for my mom for Christmas, also for my older brothers birthday Dec. 10th that was murdered on Jan. 17th! I am beyond disappointed! This is just another reason why people need to research who they are giving their money to! More companies need and deserve to go out of business!
